I was extremely disappointed in this resort. The main reason why I booked it was so I could bring my small dog and when I booked it nowhere in their policy did it said we weren't allowed to leave the dog in our hotel room alone. They make you sign a contract that clearly states that dogs can not be left alone in the premises even for "going out to dinner or walks". I didn't want to pay any fees so my spouse and I had to take turns to go grab food. The rooms were also very dirty and icky. As soon as you walked in you could feel the nasty, humid air. The pets only rooms had old, smelly carpets. Why in the world would you put carpet in pet rooms!!! The only positive thing was the pool area by the tiny beach. It had a nice view of the lake although I do want to point out both the jacuzzi and outdoor pool were greenish brown. To be fair it could had very well been from the kiddos bringing in the sand from the beach. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!

Being by the lake for my family is better then being crowded downtown your still close to downtown but more space by the lake.

Great family fun

Wonderful lake views from the balcony. Room was quiet at night despite the hotel being super busy all weekend. Great place for families. We will be back!

We have enjoyed all of the amenities. With it being outdated, the tiolet was not secured, the soor knob was loose, and the shower spout didnt have a spray, it cones out like a spigot.

The hkt tub was so dirty and full of sand. Everything was really run down. We were put in a room not facing the water which was really misleading. I was very dissappointed in my birthday weekend trip. I would not recommend staying here. The hallways smelled like dirty clothes. Not a good experience

We loved our stay here! It’s very relaxed, all the staff is so nice. We especially loved being able to borrow the kayaks for as long as we wanted. The private beach and all of the patio games are great! Will make this a yearly stop for us!
