Overall it was ok. But one of the staff members at the desk (curly female) was rude and sarcastic, the room was very small, and the view out the window was to an HVAC system and a wall. For the price, I’d have appreciated knowing about this in advance.

My wife and I had an amazing stay at the Park South Hotel. The hotel was in excellent condition, everything was clean, spotless, and well-maintained. The location is perfect for exploring New York, and the staff were incredibly friendly.
