I have stayed at a handful of Hiltons and this one I have to say was very very disappointing. When we walked into the room to check everything out we noticed that the plate on the back of the handle to turn the shower on and off it was completely off. We also noticed that the bar to hold the towels for washing hands was also hanging on for dear life off the wall. I took pictures and brought it up to a guy at the front desk. The guy at the front desk (the one with teal blue colored hair) was not friendly at all. He said he was sending someone up to our room. We waited an hour and no one came. I then came down stairs and told him no one came and he was like well I put it in. Later that evening, I noticed someone came into our room even though we put the sign up that said do not enter. And on top of that, they did not fix anything. I then proceeded to go downstairs and tell the guy again with the colored hair that someone came in , but no one fixed it. All he could tell me was that he put it into the system. There was no remorse or care what so ever. Completely disappointed in my stay. If I could attach pictures I would do so.

I loved location. Very close to subway and times square are and central park. Did not like construction going on at the moment. Street maintenance of some sort going on, very noisy overnight. The elevator is a major fail, long waits for only 2 elevators.

Nice property but they had one of two elevators out for service with no signage or explanation. Had to descend 20 floors in the stairs because the elevator never came.

This hotel is in an excellent location. We felt safe, and the front desk employees were kind and helpful. Only complaint was that they made promises and didn’t deliver: When we arrived (much earlier than check in time), we asked for a call when our room was ready. We returned later with no phone call, and they said our room was ready. They never called. It’s okay if that’s not something they do but he should have just said that. The front desk also promised room cleaning every day, but in the four days we were there, it was cleaned a half of one time (one of the two beds was made and the bathroom was half cleaned, used towels taken with no new towels provided, we had to call to get some). Honestly, for the price point and location all that was not a deal breaker, we’d probably return.

This place was really convenient to catching the subway line. - About a block from the Lipstick Building. Only thing that we wish was that the shower water temp wasn’t hot…it was more like lukewarm or warm. The carpets looked a bit rundown but clean. Otherwise, not a bad place to stay! Staff was really courteous.
