Just a few steps from fun in the sun, this cozy, private oceanfront condo is located directly on the beach. The covered patio overlooks the beach, providing the perfect place to unwind.. Many areas in the home overlook the Atlantic Ocean and beach with great views of the breaking waves, ships and jumping dolphins in the distance. This place has everything you need for a comfortable vacation.

Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a casual living room, dining area, and a large patio to enjoy the ocean..

Beautiful property. If you are low maintenance and want surf and sun and serenity this beachfront property is for you and your family. Fully air conditioned beachfront house with full kitchen and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

great location
We liked the location of this home, directly beachfront but raised up on a seawall. We brought our dogs so it was nice to have an area to be outside with them (the beaches here are not dog friendly; there is a dog "beach" on the northern end of the island in a county park on the inlet side). The house was old but worked okay for us. However, the beds were NOT very comfortable. There was significant storm damage from a recent hurricane which destroyed some of the patio along with the public county beach access just next to this VRBO (it was under construction with early morning noise when we visited but this was no ones fault, just life on the beach). We walked to some local restaurants which was convenient; there was a Publix very close by as well.

Perfect place to stay with family on the beach! Everything was accessible to the place: grocery stores, gas station, restaurants, etc. Highly recommend. Manager was very attentive to our needs and issues.

New Smyrna Beach house
Showed up on day of check in at 3:00 and they did not have it cleaned and ready. Call property manager Saus she would have someone clean it real quick 1-1/2 hrs after setting in hot car we were told we would get our cleaning fee and deposit back for our troubles but after numerous calls nothing was done. Very disappointing

Overall the facility provided everything we needed for a fun and relaxing stay. The homeowner was super friendly and was willing to help with anything we needed. The only added benefits would be a washer and dryer but otherwise Perfect for any vacation and would definitely recommend!!
