Bimini House is a new 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath home that has everything a family could ever possibly want in a vacation home! This stunning beach home will exceed all your expectations for quality, comfort, and convenience!

Bimini House offers those extras that a vacationer only dreams about: an elevator, a spacious resort style private pool, hot tub, volleyball court, golf cart, 4 hole putt putt golf course and ping pong table, plus so much more!

The golf cart does require a refundable $500 deposit per Venmo and a non-refundable $50 maintenance fee. There is information on the garage wall near the golf cart that explains how to access the golf cart upon check-in.

In addition to the 5 bedrooms, there is a queen sofa sleeper in the second floor living room and a twin sofa sleeper in the third floor living room.

Stainless Steel gas grill on the lower level. The house also has (13) beach chairs for your convenience.

Gourmet Fully-Equipped Kitchen: Stainless Steel Appliances; Granite Countertops; new 42" soft-close cabinets; and a beautiful dining table to accommodate large families.

The designer in-ground pool is the perfect place to relax. The hot tub on the balcony is the perfect spot to soak and take in the views of beautiful Navarre Beach.

Guests will be asked to leave the property immediately for the following reasons (any unused rental monies will not be refunded):

*Exceeding maximum occupancy.
*Disruptive behavior.
*Bringing any type of pet into the home.
*Smoking/vaping in or around the home.
*Violating any of the house rules as defined in the rental agreement.

Cancellation Policy: In the event you elect to cancel your booking, 100% refund will be given 60 days before check-in and 50% refund 30-60 days before check-in. Otherwise, no refund.
Date/stay changes cannot be altered after the booking has been made.
