Property was very run down. Carpets in hallway and room were old, worn and stained. Hallway walls and trim were dented, scratched and damaged. Exterior door was duct taped open and sliding glass doors to pool were left open 24 hours. The exterior door in the stairway was broken with huge spider webbing of the glass.There was damaged, broken and missing trim tiles in the bathroom. Shower head was weak and could not turn the dial to change stream. Also the lever to switch from bath spicot to shower head would not seal all the way. Room window was off track and open when I arrived. I was able to close it enough to lock but was still off track allowing noise and a draft. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the overall condition of the hotel was worn and run down.

We were given a handicapped room. I didn’t ask for this. The rod to hang my dress in the closet was low (for handicapped) so my dress couldn’t be hung correctly. The bathroom was an open shower with a chair in it (for handicapped). The walls were damaged and badly repaired in the bathroom. The bathroom sink was very cracked.

I've stayed at other LaQuinta properties & this one was definitely not up to standards. Dirty & in disrepair, lile they didn't even care. I was very disappointed.

Room was dirty. Especially the bathroom. It was filthy. Tv barely worked. One ice machine was working for the whole hotel. Night manager had to be called away from his movie. Hot tub looked questionable.
