Its a nice place and clean but we were told that we had refrigerator and microwave in our room and there was none. Other than that and the fact that they didn't take the trash one day of the 4 it was pretty nice. We would probably stay there again.

Went to check in and about 20 people were waiting as well...no staff whatsoever were there...no front desk staff...no manager, etc...was like an abandoned hotel..some people had been waiting over an hour...travelocity was able to change reservation to a nearby hotel

Bedding and rooms seemed clean, building upkeep and maintenance was lacking. Badly needs a complete remodel.

This is a good value for the money. Everything clean and bathroom well equipped. Since it is so close to I-65 there is some truck noise through the night that might disturb a light sleeper. Breakfast a little skimpy but adequate.

The room itself was fine. The only complaint we had was that there weren’t any clean pool towels and despite being in the pool area for 2 hours, none were brought. So we had to walk back to our room wet and cold.

The pool towels are kept at the Front Desk and there is a sign on the door of the pool stating this. I realize that the sign may have been overlooked due to the eagerness of wanting to enjoy the pool and spa and I have spoken to the Staff to inform Guests at check in so there will be less confusion in the future. Thank you for bringing this to my attention and completing this review.
