The checked into the hotel very late due to late flights . We did not realize the lobby would be locked. When we called for check in, the lady on duty that night was not very friendly at all. Otherwise had a good stay.

This property caused a bit of frustration on the first night. Upon entering our room, we noticed that we had no utensils, pots/pans, drinking glasses or dish soap for the kitchen. The kitchen is the main reason why we chose this location. I reported it to front staff and she did not seem to care at all. She said that maybe housekeeping forgot to put back. I asked if she could get us some extra or obtain some from a different room and she said that she was not allowed to move anything from any other room. She offered to switch rooms, but my two toddlers were sleeping and we had already got settled in. This caused us a HUGE inconvenience in regards to dinner! It had had gotten too late to order anything. VERY FRUSTRATING!

I stayed at the Staybridge Suites just down the street in the same type of room the night prior. I thought coming to a Hilton hotel would be an upgrade but it was a much bigger downgrade. Things in the room were falling apart, the shower was in disrepair, the thermostat was falling off the wall and didn't ever turn off no matter what button you pressed. The breakfast left much to be desired. Staying at their competition was a much better experience.
