This 20th-floor, unit has BEAUTIFUL VIEWS and has just been FRESHLY PAINTED AND is NEWLY FURNISHED, IT IS TRULY SPECTACULAR! This unit is unrivaled by any other rental unit or hotel suite! Relax and Enjoy the breathtaking views of the sugar sand and gulf right outside your balcony from the master bedroom or living room! This spectacular unit complex offers a pool, fitness center, community/social room, and library. The Pelican Bay Amenities include a Private club and restaurants, a fitness center, tennis, and trams to take you to the beach. This updated and the fresh 20th-floor unit has beautiful flooring, power shades in the living room and (2) bedrooms, wood plantation shutter in the other bedroom. The best of appliances, 4 extra large LED High Definition flat-screen TVs including a 75-inch TV in the living room and three additional 55-inch TV's in the bedrooms! All three bedrooms have king-size beds with comfortable mattresses. There are designer cabinets throughout the unit. No detail has been overlooked! This unit is extra special!!
