Glades Golf & Country Club-Updated 2/2 Condo near 5th Ave Shopping, Beach & Pier

The Glades Golf and Country Club offers 9 swimming pools throughout the community, two golf courses (with discounted play for renters), tennis, pickle ball, a pro-shop, the19th Hole Restaurant and numerous social activities.
This quiet, upstairs end unit has an updated kitchen and bathrooms. No carpet. The master bedroom has a television sitting area, office amenities, a private bathroom and walk-in closet. The living area separates the guest quarters from the master. Additionally, the condo has a comfortable den with television, a large living room with a formal dining area. Large tinted glass doors give you a panoramic view of the outdoors but maintain your privacy within. The Lanai has roll-down shades for protection from sun and weather when needed and has a view of green space and the nearby neighborhood pool.

Please allow at least fifteen business days for the required condo association rental application to be processed when considering your booking dates. Rentals from November to April (the "winter" season) need to be booked by the full calendar month--for example: January 1st to January 31st or March 1st to April 30th. Please contact owner by email with questions about policy exceptions prior to booking.

Beautiful Glades Condo

My husband and I loved this condo. It is the best stocked condo in which we have stayed. The furnishings and decorations are impeccable. The lanai gets sun all day long and has a lovely view of the grounds and the pool. Carol was very accommodating to our needs, Questions were answered promptly. A repair need came up and was fixed in very short order. We couldn't have asked for more.

Beautiful condo

The condo was beautifully decorated, clean and wonderfully equipped with everything we needed for our month long stay. Carol was an excellent host who was easy to contact and answered the few questions I had. She also kept us up to date on things going on in The Glades. We especially liked the closeness to the pool and how easy it was to get to downtown Naples. I highly recommend this place and am so happy I chose it.

Beautiful condo with a great host

We stayed for a month. The condo was beautifully decorated and had all the kitchen, bathroom and beach amenities you could want. The host was very responsive when we had a small issue with the microwave. Convenient to the pool and pro shop. The bike rack is close and you can see it from the condo. We hope to return soon.

A Piece of Paradise!

I highly recommend this property. It’s spectacularly decorated, clean, spacious and comfortable. Carol was a wonderful host who communicated throughout our trip and regularly forwarded information and special menus from the clubhouse/restaurant. She was easy to reach and responsive. This home is located an easy half mile from the main pool, restaurant, and pro shop. There is another pool steps away. The large lanai has comfortable furniture and is where we spent most of our time. This unit overlooks the pool and street with a partial view of the golf course. The street is quiet as it leads to a cul-de-sac so not much traffic. We enjoyed watching the many walkers which made the location feel homey. This unit is only 10 minutes from downtown Naples. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great hospitality

Again we had a wonderful time in Naples and enjoyed staying in Carol Roaches condo, where also this time we felt very much at home. The installation of Netflix was very much appreciated, we are extremely thankful for that. About the Glades Community we like how orderly everything is. We met some nice people at the pool, everybody is very friendly.

THE ABSOLUE BEST PLACE TO STAY

This condo is impeccably clean and beautiful. Unlike other "rectangular" units, it has class and character, and lots of room! The master bedroom is huge, with office space if you need to work! The lanai is huge and awesome. The location can't be beat. Although hidden serenely off main roads, it is so close to downtown Naples and beaches. It is also just a minute to Rt 41 if you want to visit Marco Island. It lies in the best portion of The Glades. It is tucked away at the southern tip, very quiet and safe. Huge bonus is the pool is in your backyard. A lot of other units you have to drive to the pool. I don't golf but the courses are meticulously groomed and enhance the beauty of the landscape. The main pool is large and there is cocktail service daily to your beach chair! The registration, check in, and incidentals are a breeze with the owner. You're not gonna find a more accommodating, pleasant owner than Carol! You'll have her cell phone number and email address should you have any problem or need anything at all. This is the place you want to be when you're lucky enough to visit paradise, aka Naples, Florida.

Spring Naples Stay

We stayed at this large well furnished condo for the month of March.We found everything we needed to prepare meals in the very well equipped kitchen right down to an instant read thermometer! Checking in was a breeze...Carol even left the porch light on for us as we had a late arrival. She checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure that everything was satisfactory. It didn't take us long to feel comfortable. We made good use of the two heated pools that are just a short walk away. My husband enjoyed easy access to the two immaculate golf courses at a good rate. He loved being paired with other friendly resident golfers.The location provided us with easy access to the places we like to frequent in Naples. It was a quick 15 minutes to our favorite beach (Lowdermilk). We would not hesitate to stay there again if it was available.

Glades visit

We stayed in this condo in the Glades in January and February 2022. The unit was clean and had everything needed for an extended stay. The owner made the check-in process easy and contacted us multiple times to make sure everything was good during our stay. We enjoyed the Glades community and took advantage of golf and the restaurant. My wife enjoyed that the pool was only steps away from the condo. The condo is located close to downtown Naples and there are many restaurants and shops nearby.

Wonderful Naples vacation

This condo is very nicely furnished, very well decorated and equipped. It made us feel at home very quickly. We were also extremely well taken care of by the owner. Everything was well prepared and very nicely organized. For Golfers the stay in the Glades is another bonus because as renter it is possible to play Golf on an extremely well kept 18Hole Golfcourse at a reasonable rate. Clemens and Ursula Kolb
