This brand new multiplex condo, a West Indies Style Architecture completed in 2021 will impress as it features ceramic tile flooring throughout, beautiful appointed cabinetry and a beach-driven color palette. There is an elevator and parking located underneath the building. This condo is located on the top floor of the multiplex and features amazing views from the expansive lanai which is accessible from both the living rooms and master suite.

The condo consists of 1,713 SF total, a large master bedroom ensuite with a shower, his/her sinks and a large walk-in closet. One additional large guest bedroom sits within this split and private floor plan, aand a laundry room complete with washer, and dryer. Stainless steel appliances, ample natural light, and ceiling fans complete the condo. The master bedroom contains a King Bed, while the guest bedroom contains a full-size bed.
