"I liked the hotel; I was very well taken care of, and the staff were very friendly. The only minor inconvenience I encountered was when trying to warm up milk for my daughter, as they do not provide a microwave in the room. However, they helped me warm the milk in the lobby; it was a bit inconvenient, though, since she drank milk twice a day."

"We had a wonderful stay here in Naples. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our family of 4. Raquel and Brad were excellent hosts and had great communication with us throughout our stay. The pool area and fitness room was perfect and the service was great. We all really enjoyed both restaurants too. Would definitely come back! Thank you!!"

"Everything was perfect but the night supervisor Susana was very rude. Apparently she doesn’t like her job. All the other staff members were very helpful and very attentive.including Armand the concierge who provided a very good service. I hope the management can hire people who actually likes the job and has the correct attitude. Susana seems to be very unhappy with her work but also with her life."
