The room was clean. Breakfast had a great variety of things to choose from. The pool was clean and warm! The shower head had different settings. It was a great stay!

Travelocity's method of placing a client in a handicap room when a Kingbed is requested is an outrage and I will not use your services again because of this underhanded trick!!

It is true that they do often reserve handicapped rooms for guests even if they don't request them. Unfortunately we at the hotel cannot change that until the guests shows up because there is always a chance they actually need a handicapped room, and if we are busy we may not have any other rooms to offer. I am sorry this caused you any inconvenience

Did not feel room had been cleaned properly. Toilet had bad odor. There was a stain on the sheets.

Not one of Hampton Inn's best, but OK

Pros: The location was close enough to downtown.
Cons: Update the bathrooms, and interior furnishings. Nothing you can do about the low ceilings.
We stayed for a weekend in March 2017. The hotel seems like it was updated from some other brand, because the low ceilings, interior furnishings, and bath fittings aren't up to the usual Hampton Inn standards. But the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Very good hotel

Pros: The staff, good beds, good food.
Location: On a busy road but traffic noise not too bad. Very good location for shops and beach.
We chose the Hampton from previous experiences of this chain of hotels - again we were not disappointed. Of all the hotels we have stayed in, this one had the friendliest staff by far. We were given a very warm and cheery welcome by Rachel, the receptionist. She was a reallly lovely, friendly, helpful lady who went out of her way to ensure that we had the quietest room that she could offer us. It seemed like nothing was too much trouble for her and our requests for extra shampoo and pillows were met immediately - and delivered to our door with a big smile!!! Breakfast was very good and again, the kitchen lady was so friendly and busy ensuring that nothing ran out. The staff were exceptional and made our stay.

Emergency stop over!

Pros: Friendly staff and location.
Cons: They didn't accept AAA.
Location: Beach,Fifth Ave shopping and restaurants.
The day my elderly parents and I were to return to NJ, my dad was rushed to Naples Community hospital for an emergency. We were fortunate to get a room at the Hampton inn. Our main luggage had traveled ahead with my husband so we were left with only what we were wearing. They accommodated my mom and I, not only with a handicap room, but with toiletries and essentials we were without. Every employee we came in contact with were congenial, helpful and genuinely concerned about our circumstance. I would highly recommend this facility.

Terribly DISHONEST Staff

I travel to Naples on business about 2x a month and stay in three or four different favorites...this time I decided to try Hampton...The staff was "OK" until you needed something, then they acted as if you were bothering them...the toilets neverflushed fully and the shower drain took forever to drain...long after I was done there was still sitting water! Gross!! Worst of all, I left my leather jacket with an iPod and cash in the pockets... in the lobby after checking out...and then when I arrived back in Michigan, I phoned the manager and she said she had the jacket with the ipod and cash still inside. When I had it sent to me, the iPod and cash were gone and the manager had the AUDACITY to tell me she never said it was in there!! That is apalling and I could never stay there again on principal alone!

numerous problems

First, the room smelled like urine, nicely gave us new room, then the second day, bugs all over room, they sprayed, last day maid took the new role of toilet paper off and put on role with 2 sheets of paper which I had put tin garbage pail, and left no more, desk crew could not care less, and letters to hdqrtrs were not answered. So much for guarantee.

ANOTHER GRAT HOTEL IN NAPLES

THIS WAS A GREAT FIND. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THIS HOTEL. THIS HOTEL IS IN WALKING DISTANCE TO A NICE MALL AND ZOO. THE BEACH IS ABOUT A MILE AWAY. THE ROOM AND BED WERE VERY COZY. THE BREAKFAST WAS QUITE GOOD. I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN. THE PRICE FOR THE ROOM WAS TRULY A GREAT DEAL FOR ALL THE AMENITIES.
