Hot, musty, and moldy

The AC unit on the main floor does not work. There was mold growing on the wall next to the dining room table. The house smelled and felt musty. The deck furniture is very old and dated, not comfortable. Our family of 19 had both the A and B side of this duplex rented. The B side is MUCH better! It is updated and very nice, and the rent was 1k cheaper! If you have the option to rent the B side, do that! The location of this unit is great but it needs some major improvements! We were really disappointed and were happy to have the B unit next door to spend most of our time.
