An elevator allows easy access to each floor. The Great Room offers a 60" SMART HDTV w/Netflix (use your own log in). Enjoy the Recreation Room full of fun activities including a Flat Screen TV, Pool Table, Foosball, Air Hockey and a Card/Game Table! Fun for the whole family! All bedrooms have 32" flat screen TV's. Double Headed Shower in Master Bath. Enjoy the exceptional ocean views including a Tower Room. Additional TV room on the middle floor. Relax by the Private Pool (12x24) or in the Hot Tub.

Lovely home for family vacation

This is a lovely home to stay in for a family vacation. It has 7 ensuite rooms with a variety of beds. It is across the street from the beach and has water views. Close and central to most things and just really easy. It was great. The dining room table was wonderful for large dinner, cards, mexican train, and scrabble. Lots of space to be together and room to be apart. We loved it.

Strong established rental home. Good floor plan layout. Good parking. Could use technology updates. Mainly the WiFi speed and increased coverage area. Replace the charcoal grill with gas, less mess and no hot coals burning all night. Otherwise a good summer beach home.
