July week at the beach
Our family stays in a building nearby so this location is perfect for us. The unit is perfect for 2. It is a small space but plenty of good cubbies and well-placed hooks to store your clothes and beach things. And thanks for the bag of ice in the freezer! We had an issue in the unit but the property manager and maintenance crew were super responsive and solved the issue as quickly as possible. Communication was great too. Bottom line, we would stay there again.

Great spot!
After having issues with our original condo in South Myrtle, we got a refund and had to find a place to stay. Luckily we found this unit and loved our stay! It had a great view, very close walk to the beach, and most importantly clean! The Murphy bed was easy to set up and put away. Really enjoyed our stay. Great location with tons of food options within minutes.

The room and view was amazing the only issue that we had was the neighbors up above us were very loud at times and the room When we first got Tobit had filthy floors we sat our one year old on the floor and she started crawling and playing and he legs and hand were black from the dirty floors we went and bought a mop and bleach and cleaned the floors

This property was perfect for two people. The view was beautiful and is walking distance to Barefoot and other restaurants. The washer and dryer is the right size for two people as well. Only thing that I noticed was that it didn’t seem to be swept fully when we got there. Would stay again!

Great condo for a couple
We’ve been coming to North Myrtle Beach for many years and this was one of the most enjoyable trips we’ve had. We arrived early and the room was already ready for us to check in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The communication with them is second to none. There was some sand in the floor when we arrived but I guess that’s to be expected. It’s well equipped and everything was in working order. It had been newly remodeled and very neat. The balcony is private and furnished very well. I highly recommend this room for a couple or small family.

Beautiful place, floors are thin though.
We had a great time, beautiful views and a very easy trip to the beach area, however, I’m not sure if the floors are really thin or if the upstairs neighbors were actually stomping on the floors back and fourth for hours at a time… it was very loud and hard to sleep when they were doing that. Other than that, the stay was great, the pool is small but for the price it’s nice.
