This is a unique 33 acre private community. Once you're in these gates you'll have access to all the amenities and cool features that this amazing place has to offer. Hang out by one of the many pools, lazy river, or on the beautiful private beach. This place is 1 mile away from market commons, 3 miles away from the boardwalk, 5 miles away from Broadway at the beach, and 10 miles away from the famous marshwalk. The perfect private family getaway is right here. Enjoy the most beautiful part of Myrtle Beach.

6 pools, 1 lazy river, t hot tubs, a kid's pool and water play park. There are tennis courts, bachi ball courts, basketball courts, and volleyball courts, andpickleball courts. There is an on site restaurant/bar. There are 3 gyms, a sauna, and steem room, a kid's park, a snack shack, a pizza shop, grilling & picnic areas, and 24/7 security. You will also have direct access to our private beaches.

Other things to note
** Note: as of 1/1/2024 the HOA has implemented a $20 parking fee. (card only-no cash) To offset this cost, we have reduced the price of the unit by $5/night.

Your will be greeted by 1 exterior doorbell camera.

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED ON RESORT PROPERTY OR IN UNIT DUE TO HOA RULES. You will be asked to leave by security if a pet is found in the unit or on the property and you will not be refunded.Additionally you will be charged a $600 pet cleaning fee.

The person renting the condo must be the in person staying in the condo and must be above the age of 23. Or you will be asked to leave and forfeit any payment made.
Linens
We Provide an initial set of linens for the stay. This includes:
- Sheets for all beds
- Blankets for all beds
- 6 bath towels
- 6 wash cloths
- Hand towels
- Kitchen towels
- 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom.

- We have a regular drip coffee pot, not a keurig

Condo was perfect for our family of four visiting for volleyball tournament. Everything from checking in and out was extremely smooth. Condo was clean and exactly as described. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. We will definitely book again.

The host was not overly communicative. I had to request the check-in and check-out info myself by message, call, and talking with VRBO. The condo had loose and broken floor tiles, cheap towels and other supplies and a very musty smell throughout. The pullout bed was crumb city. Host threatened me and my family with eviction because I wasn’t there when my 2yo granddaughter locked herself in the 2nd bedroom. He then called security AND armed security on us and demanded I be there by morning or else eviction would happen. He was more concerned with not damaging a cheap interior door than the safety of my granddaughter. Security charged me 60 to park on property and then proceeded to tell me I had to move my vehicle or it would be towed and ultimately that I couldn’t park it due to landscaping maintenance work while also refusing to refund the parking fee. We do not recommend this condo. We would not stay there again.

Entrance to the ocean was very convenient, the pool was clean and large enough for a large group of guests. The condo itself needs to be cleaned the floor was filthy and the elevator did not work so it was difficult getting our things out to the ground floor. The washers and dryers worked very well and easy to use.
