Worst experience ever. Without any reason the Front Desk Clerk was so unfriendly we ended up checking right back out after checking in. We were never told how to even get to our room on the second floor in the side building. Our friendly inquiry to her name so we may properly address her. Her responds was" I don't have to tell you my name"! The outside music was so loud you could hear it in the inside of the lobby. We where so disappointed in the reception and the room location next to people partying on there balcony that we checked out after 30 minutes. We asked to get a print out and where told there was none, that the charge would never go through and the several hundred dollar hold on our credit card would be released the next day. Not true it has been 3 days and the charge still shows as pending on our account. So So disappointed in the customer service and the cleanliness of this NOT Hotel but more a Motel. Surprised that Wyndham Hotel has there name associated with this place.

The room was clean and comfortable. The negative was the other room occupants and guests who were yelling and talking loudly outside between 1-5 am. Their clientele will keep us from staying here again.

The bed was comfy. I’m aware that’s it’s the off-season and probably a time to perform upkeeps but pit us in a room that’s ready and continue fixing up the other rooms. Our room had a big unpainted plaster patch on the wall. The towel rack in the bathroom had been removed and not patched/painted. The bathroom was out of hair products in the shower. The lightswitch electrical face plate is half exposed. The pool area is in dire need of upkeep. Only every other light worked along the pool. The restroom shower did not work. The hottub floor was filled with sand. The pool deck needs an easy paint job.

Went to take a shower they stated the room was clean there was no soap no hand soap no shampoo nothing in the room I had two dirty towels in the room and the floor was full of sand

Overall it was a good experience

I like that I had the bottom floor that stepped out on the patio and then lead straight to the beach. Although the room was clean, I did see a few roaches in my room. I was only there 2 nights so I just dealt with it. I did tell the desk as I checked out, that they needed to spray.

We were given a room on the 6th floor of the beachfront property. Our room was by the elevator, which put off a weird smell and was noisy all night. We had a great balcony, but the door wouldn’t open without 3 people tugging on it and it hadn’t been cleaned in forever. The bathroom was nasty and the bed was too.
