Pristine Oceanfront Myrtle Beach 2 Bedroom Condo Free WiFi and Parking

SUMMER IN NOVEMBER SPECIALS! Beat the cold, come to the beach!

This is a pristine 2 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront condo in the heart of Myrtle Beach at the Atlantica Resort Main Building.

The condo was renovated head to toe in Dec 2022/Jan 2023 with wall to wall new flooring, all new mattresses, vanities, appliances, kitchen cabinets, paint, and dining room furniture. The rental rate includes all sheets and towels for all 8 guests.

Our cleaning fee includes two services: 1) $85 Exit cleaning fee and 2) $65 Linen fee. These services are not negotiable, as the unit is cleaned and linens are washed and beds are made for every reservation.

This is within walking distance of the new myrtle beach boardwalk but a secure building location and steps from the gorgeous beaches of the grand strand.

The 14th Ave pier and restaurant are a stone's throw from your 9th-floor luxury condo.

We provide free fast WiFi and parking along with a 65in smart TV in the living room, and both bedrooms also have smart TVs. Also providing additional USB outlets in the bedroom lamps for your extra convenience.

The owner is local, so we keep the unit very clean! The cleaning fee also includes the linen fee, which includes linen, towels, floormates, dish towels, starter paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, dishwasher tab, and shampoos/conditioners.

You are also situated about 200 yards from the north end of the newly constructed Myrtle Beach Boardwalk. It was recognized as the nation's #3 boardwalk by National Geographic.

Guests must be at least 25 years of age and on-site during the rental period.

Close to everything!

Really enjoyed our stay in Myrtle Beach. It was great to be right on the beach and near all sorts of restaurants and fun things to do. The condo had a beautiful view overlooking the ocean and had all the amenities and supplies we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment for cooking, and overall it was a great place to spend the week!

Not pristine as advertised!! I booked the unit for Sunday thru sat ( arriving Monday early so paid extra day to avoid late 4pm check in with husband recovering from open heart)Arrived on Monday and greeted by horrible beat up front door. Opening the door, it did not get better, the unit was dirty, gross and furniture beat up. The toilet was dirty, sink, appliances, coffee pot and even some unidentified black pieces in corner under sink( see circled items in pictures) which will leave you to figure out what it was. I texted owner and she was apologetic and said would get cleaner there right away, which she did, but there was no way I was staying. The unit was just too dirty.We left and booked a whole other place. And when I told her she first only offered me a refund on cleaning fee. After many conversations she also gave me the one extra night I booked and did not stay, since the unit was supposed to be ready upon arrival. There were other insurance fees etc which she did not refund. I asked for half of total rental back but refused which considering was not as advertised and walked out with ten min of seeing it, I think was reasonable. Fantastic stay at the beach!

A perfect spot right on the beach! We had two families stay very comfortably in this space. It was equipped with everything we needed. The ocean views from the deck were amazing! We enjoyed all the pools and close proximity to the beach. The boardwalk is just steps away. Overall, we would highly recommend staying here!

Best vacation home ever

This was one of the best places we have stayed in on a vacation. Location was great (although make sure you put in Myrtle Beach not North Myrtle Beach... We went to the wrong place first) but it was close to attractions that we wanted to visit. It was clean, and had washer/ dryer that helped a lot. The space was great...room for everyone to enjoy. I got to wake up and enjoy coffee on the balcony every morning while watching the sun rise and see the ocean. Only bad thing would be the table was very wobbly and should be replaced.

Overall our stay was great. The view from the balcony was spectacular. The only issue may have been my misunderstanding of the email we received from the host. I thought the email listed items such as toiletries would not be in the condo so we made arrangements to bring everything we thought we would need. We were surprised when we were arrived and the items were there.

EXCELLENT STAY!!

We love this condo. Very pretty, very spacious and excellent location and the view of the beach is perfect.. Minutes walk to Sky wheel boardwalk and restaurants. A few minutes drive to grocery store... Owners were excellent communicators and always responded to our questions. ONLY ONE thing slightly negative which is NOT their fault since it states in contract: they do NOT provide toilet paper. Which is strange to us since we've stayed in many VRBO's and it always been provided. We would definately stay here again..

Beautiful Condo

This beautiful condo has everything you will need for your stay. Within minutes of reaching out to the owner, I received a response and was ready to book. The views from the balcony of the sunrise will forever engrained in my memory. They were spectacular. You can walk for miles down the beach. It is well located and within walking distance to great restaurants. We can't wait to book again and to make more memories.

Perfect location

The condo was awesome, it was close to everything. My kids enjoyed the beach, which was just steps away. We also made use of the pool and hot tub in the evenings to relax after a long day out and about. The condo itself was beautiful, everything you would want in a home away from your home. The sunrise in the morning are amazing also. Would definitely book again !!!!
