Could have been better
Overall experience was not terrible but there were some issues. The first thing that was extemely off putting was the immediate bad smell through the entire room. The king bed sheets were dirty and there was sand in the bed. The bed was very broken down and the pillows were lumpy. One toilet was peeling all over the seat. The shower curtain had mold. The carpets were dirty and damp. Overall place was dirty."

The communication with the property company was pleasant and timely. The unit itself was very dirty. Stained sheets and it doesn’t seemed to ever have been updated. We had to clean the unit prior to leaving to avoid charges but there were no cleaning supplies. Not even a pack of sponges. No trash bags or linen bags that we're supposed to put our sheets into. It seems as if no one is really cleaning in between renters and just heavily relying on the customer to clean the unit.
