The room was really clean. The view was amazing. It is a really great and quiet lication. We paid for early check in and we didnt get the code on time, it was an hour late. The host did let us check out late for compensation, however, housekeeping was not informed and came at the normal check out time. It was also a little annoying to get a message when we did not have access to a computer to print out the parking pass.It does take a while for the host to respond to messages.The Front Fesk Clerk was amazing and helped out a lot.

The check-in process was ridiculous constantly texting and emailing wanted copies of my drivers license front and back, pictures of the credit card showing the last four numbers, a selfie, then requesting a selfie with me holding my drivers license, and another request asking for a selfie with me holding my drivers license and the credit card, which I have never had to do with any prior rentals I still don’t understand what the need for this was it was just ridiculous. Was given instructions about the check-in and parking pass. Get to the condo and was advised of different information. Then on the first day after being in the unit for two hours, a gentleman enters says, excuse me, and then shuts the door. I was very un secure and not feeling safe in the unit that somebody else had the code to just come in at any time as they please so we were unable to leave any valuables in the room as there was no safe to lock anything. The location itself was great literally right on the beach but the photos make it seem like it’s a brand new condo in the unit is very dated. Lighting was horrible.
