Un maravillosas vacaciones en familia le espera en nuestro lujoso de cinco dormitorios, cuatro baños, ático en la planta frente al mar condominio. El Viento del Sur se encuentra en un entorno tranquilo y residencial a lo largo de la 'Milla de Oro'. Ofrece excepcional e instalaciones frente al mar con piscinas cubiertas y al aire libre, un gran río lento, dos al aire libre y una bañera de hidromasaje cubierta, una piscina para niños y un gimnasio. Disfrutar de la pista de fitness y oceanfront parque infantil cercano.
Nuestras hermosas 2.400 sq. Ft condominio. De cinco dormitorios situado en la planta ático ofrece vistas panorámicas al océano con una relajante brisa del mar desde la gran envoltura alrededor de balcón privado. El balc��n se puede acceder desde la sala de estar y dormitorio principal. Una cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos y encimeras de granito.
Un condominio muy bien decorado tiene una gran suite principal con cama king size, TV de pantalla plana y reproductor de DVD, bañera de hidromasaje, ducha separada y dos lavabos, encimeras de granito y amplio walk-in closet. La segunda habitación tiene dos camas queen size, TV de pantalla plana y reproductor de DVD, baño privado. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama matrimonial con baño privado, TV de pantalla plana y reproductor de DVD, balcón privado con vista al mar. Las habitaciones del cuarto y quinto tienen vista al mar y compartir un cuarto de baño completo, ambos tienen jugadores de TV de pantalla plana y DVD y cada uno tiene 1 reina.
Una amplia zona de estar abierta con un sofá estándar y un sofá cama, TV de pantalla plana con reproductor de DVD, internet de alta velocidad. Asientos para ocho personas en el comedor.

Such a Wonderful Stay!

We had the most awesome time for our holiday vacay! From the moment we arrived until we left, we felt right at home. It was 9 of us (including adults and children). It was the perfect location with everyone coming from different parts of the country. Everyone had their own space. It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and the view overlooking the beach was a plus! Since it was the Thanksgiving holiday we did a lot of cooking and it was plus to find all the utensils, bakeware, pots and pan, etc. that we needed! We're already talking about doing the same for next year..lol! Thank you so much for such an enjoyable, memorable Thanksgiving vacay!

This was our first time in PH1506...but 4th time at Southwinds. We very much enjoyed our fall break...usually we come in July. This condo fulfilled our need for more beds but the decor seemed drabby and outdated. A heated pool would have been nice but hot tubs were available and utilized by young and old alike!

Property has great potential

The unit is a great size and was mostly clean. There were 9 in our party and we had more than enough room. Southwind is one of my favorite resorts to visit. That being said, there are a lot of minor things that could be updated/replaced in the unit just to make the stay more comfortable. It seems like the unit has the original furniture and linen package from when the property was built. The chairs on the balcony are very rusty and are shedding piles of rust on the floor. The three adult couples in our party all had a hard time sleeping because the beds were uncomfortable. The dining room is down to 6 chairs because the two other chairs are broken and stored in the master closet. One of the queen bedrooms had a chair that felt like the leg would break if you sat on it. In the same bedroom, the dresser drawers would not stay shut. The linens were very old, bedspreads pilling and scratchy, curtains frayed and torn, etc. Again, nothing here that ruined our stay, just the unit desperately needs to be updated-especially for the $$$.

Good condo with nice features

Overall, this was a great condo and well depicted in the photos. We went in late June and the location is right next to the only 2 high-rises for a few blocks in either direction so the fear was the beach would be packed, but it was well spread out. There were small (and I mean very small) issues of burnt out lights, difficult to open sliding doors, and double entering of the keypad code but nothing of note to be a deal breaker or something to ding a review with a building that's not brand new, so we're used to it. DJ, who you contact for any issues, was great to talk to and really helped clarify as the terms and conditions are quite strict regarding who is responsible for damages. The rooms were spacious and beds were very surprisingly comfortable!! Usually towards the end of a vacation you're longing for your own bed, but we felt just as rested at the end as when we arrived. The living room furniture is comfortable sturdy, no complaints there. The kitchen was a little tight when two people were working inside, but hardly any kitchen is, unless you're spending huge amounts for a luxury home. The check-in process was a text received with the code and easy to get in once you learned the key code needed to be entered twice. The first time unlocked the deadbolt (we think) and the second time you enter it the door handle lock unlocks. We were never able to get in after the first time entering the code, but again, was a super simple thing to get around.

Our Vacation

The unit was very cozy and clean! It was big enough for my large family, and had plenty of pools for everyone of all ages to enjoy! Check-in and Check-out was very smooth, nothing stressful or complicated! Balconies provided breathtaking views and felt secured. This unit definitely deserves praise! That being said, there were a few small complications in the unit. First thing we noticed was that a towel hanger in one of the bathrooms wasn't properly mounted to the wall and fell off. The lights in the living room flickered on and off a few times our second night and didn't turn back on until the next day. Additionally, the lights in the rooms were a bit tricky to work with but it wasn't that bad. Overall, we had a great trip!

Enjoyed our family vacation, however updates are much needed. Chairs were zip tied together so they would not break. Painting needed to be done. Mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.

We had a great time. There was a few issues. One of the dining chairs was broken and in the master bedroom closet under a lot of blankets and the towel rack in the bathroom of the bathroom in the bedroom on the left at the end of the hall kept falling apart. Other than that it was awesome. We will definitely tell all of my friends and family about this rental and how beautiful your place is.

SO DIRTY

This was beyond dirty! Most of the TVs barley work. They need to find different cleaners. Mold in the bath rooms. Dust and crumbs everywhere. If you look under the night stand in the master bedroom is a old can of bud light beer. And lots of bugs.

Big unit & plenty of room for the ten of us on this trip. Great view of the ocean from the top floor, and easy access to the beach. This unit needs some refreshing. You can tell this unit gets a lot of rental activity. It looks a little beat up. Also we encountered several cockroaches, both dead & alive. The pools weren’t the best either. For the price we paid, I expected more.

the condo was spacious. The view was fabulous. The hot tub and spas were very clean.

The sofas in the living room were well used and outdated. There are a few minor repairs that need to be done. But over all we had a great visit with family!
