Beach Trip
I will start by saying my family had a wonderful vacation and spending time together, the view was beautiful and the weather was perfect.
The condo however, had many issues and there was zero communication with the management company, I tried but they never responded. To name a few, when we arrived last Saturday we were told there was a broken door within the condo but it would be fixed by Monday. It was never fixed. The door was leaning up against the door frame the entire week. Wouldn’t have been a big deal but we had two toddlers with us so we were constantly worried about their safety. I reached out to maintenance (as I was told to) but never received a response. There was a ladder in the kitchen just sitting in the pantry, again a concern with two toddlers. The WiFi never worked, I texted management about this and I received a text back that said “email maintenance,” so I did. Again no response from maintenance. The bed in the master bedroom broke twice, again no response and my husband had to fix it. The toilet in one of the downstairs bathrooms overflowed. I emailed maintenance again, with no response. The place is huge and has beautiful views but if you have small children definitely not a safe place and if you need something you definitely won’t get a response back.
