Perfect weekend getaway in a fabulous guest cottage

We had the opportunity to spend a long weekend in Guest Cottage, unit 78G. If possible, the property was even better than listed. It was so very clean. It was comfortable and the decorations were perfect for a beach vacation getaway. It came with everything we expected and more. The few extra touches allowed us to travel a little lighter and have all the amenities of home. Brenda was wonderful, checking in before and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was also the best, accessible to everything we wanted to do. I would highly recommend this cottage and Brenda to anyone vacationing in Myrtle Beach. Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful home!

Perfect in every way.

The property was as described. Spotless clean, awesome decor, wonderful location, and great communication. Just a short walk to the beach and the Apache pier. The neighborhood is stunning. They left no stone unturned, from the accommodations to the access of beach chairs, grills, coolers, and household items. This will be our “must” yearly stay. Brenda is amazing. She makes sure everything is on point, before arrival, during and after the stay. Thanks again!

All the comforts of home away from home. Very clean. Nice size TV in living room. Walking distance to beach and bars. Small grill was a bit disappointing. All beach toys were provided. 10am check out was too early.

A very relaxing trip

This house, by far, was the cleanest house we have ever stayed in. Brenda was very easy to work with and answered all of my questions. She even had beach chairs and an umbrella to use. The beach was only a 2 minute walk. I will definitely rent this property again. This was a great vacation!

5 minutes from the beach!

This little house is so cute, has two good size bedrooms and each room has its own bath. The living room has very comfortable furniture, the kitchen is fully equipped. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk away! The property manager was so friendly and accommodating!! She left us a bunch of stuff to use down at the beach like boogie boards, chairs and a wagon to transport everything which was super helpful! The only complaint that we had is that the beds aren’t that comfortable, but other than that our stay was amazing and we would definitely rent this place again.

Vacation

The condo we stayed at was perfect for our small family of three. Located just 3 minutes (across the street from the beach), the condos are standalone units that offer amazing privacy, while still offering great amenities (e.g., multiple pools, across the street from the beach, near bars/restaurants, etc.). Also the community is not overly crowded. Lastly, the property manager is amazing and was always in contact. Also provided us with towels, beach chairs, a wagon for the beach, charcoal grill, beach toys and much more. I would HIGHLY recommend this property.

Perfect Place Our Vacation

The home was exactly as advertised. Everything we needed except groceries was furnished. It was a short 3 minute walk to the beach which was not overly crowded while we were there in June. For us the location was perfect with everything just a short drive away. Our contact Brenda even called as we were driving in and asked about beach amenities we might need and furnished chairs, umbrella, and grill. She even called back to let us know she was done cleaning and we could go ahead and come in. Definite Five Stars in my book and we will stay our next time in Myrtle Beach.

Fantastic

Communication was perfect, check in was easy, pictures are accurate. Property is a little farther away from things than I thought but not a bad drive at all. Highly recommend flip flops bar & grill that is within walking distance for drinks. Very close to the beach, plenty of parking area. We only slept in one room but the bed was very comfortable and pillows were great. House was very clean and great value for the price! We will return during the summer for our family vacation for sure! We tried a newer breakfast spot called Beach Cafe and recommend that as well!

Great Weekend with Friends

First if all Ms. King is the best. She was so sweet, communicated early and often, and I felt well taken care of. The property was SUPER clean upon arrival and yes its literally across the street from the beach. Its such a cute place. Its the beachy place you want to stay at while near thr beach. Its all of the things you'd want and need.

Covid- 19 Myrtle Beach Getaway

After a long 3 months in quarantine and 2 kids (one in middle school & one a freshman in college) successfully finishing their school year under challenging circumstances, we decided to celebrate and social distance at the beach! It was our first trip to Myrtle Beach, but will not be our last. The condo was perfect. A block to the beach and such a family friendly area. Kitchen had an abundance of dishes, pots, pans, and silverware. Air worked wonderfully. We look forward to our next stay:)
