The A Place at The Beach resort condominium complex is situated in the very popular Shore Drive section in northern Myrtle Beach and is very close to many area shopping and entertainment venues such as the Tanger Outlets, Pirates Voyage and The Carolina Opry! Barefoot Landing is just a 10 minute drive away as well. Phase 3 of A Place at the Beach sits next to the world famous oceanfront Ocean Annies Beach Club. A Place at the Beach condos include Oceanfront, Oceanview and Second Row professionally managed vacation rental properties offered by Booe Realty. A Place at The Beach units have 2 bedrooms and either 1.5 or 2 baths. These wonderful vacation rentals all have living rooms, dining area, completely equipped kitchen and a balcony. Condominiums come equipped with such standard amenities as air conditioning and cable television. Most condos comfortably sleep 6 guests, some more. The resort complex features swimming pools, sun decks, a grilling area and beach access. Each building has coin operated washer and dryer facilities. A Place at The Beach does not allow pets or motorcycles on the premises.

Bedspreads, blankets and pillows are included with this vacation rental. Linen rentals as well as miscellaneous equipment rentals are available from Booe Realty if you do not wish to travel with your own. For peace of mind, Booe Realty does offer travel insurance through Red Sky Travel Insurance and provides each renter with a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver at check-in. Booe Realty offers vacation rentals, winter rentals, long term rentals and real estate sales throughout the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area. Myrtle Beach vacation rentals in the A Place at The Beach resort complex are available for weekly vacation rentals and may be available for daily stays and winter rentals.

Key

Place was perfect. Would like to tell you I found pills all over the floor in the spare room. And having a key was not that great. Would prefer a key pad. Otherwise the place was absolutely amazing. Was only 2 of us. Outside furniture was awesome. Plus the convenience of the beach chairs. Will definitely book here again

Excellent condo

We really enjoyed this property. The realty company is always great to work with. We’ve been coming to this building for several years and this is the best condo by far. Very clean and modern. I will rent this unit again.
