With an unbeatable oceanfront location and multiple resort amenities, you'll never want to leave! Small but practical, let this be your place to rest your feet after days and days of fun. The property is equipped with DVD rental boxes- guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.

As part of your reservation, you’ll enjoy access to a full breakfast buffet at Magnolia’s at 26th, just a short walk from the hotel.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites. Children's activities are available each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, and pool games! Snowbird activities are available each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Everything was going excellent until the drills and hammers started above our room at 8:30 am two mornings in a row. Wasn't able to sleep and the noise was so loud we had to leave the room for the day. They were working all day two days in a row. Was very disappointed!!

Water was off firsd night and day

Poor This place advertised something that doesn't exist. Bait and switch. Water was turned off first night and am. Room below us had some sort of construction going on all day into early evening and the pool and spa where closed and that wsnt disclosed intil after bolking was paid
