Clean basic room

I was impressed how clean the room was. Beds were very comfortable and patio view was nice. We did not use microwave or coffee maker. Refrigerator had a freezer and it was very cold and nice to have. Ceiling needs to be redone as the popcorn ceiling is falling off. I did sweep this up twice, not a big deal but really needs to be fixed. Pool is small and cold. Towels old and scratchy. If you need an affordable clean place then give this room a try. Its not perfect but it’s a great value.

We booked a few days before we went. It was cheap and very nice! Free breakfast buffet and more!

It was wonderful! Nice rooms, free breakfast buffet. We also received free tickets for everyone in our party for the sky wheel and all day free pass to ride go carts! There were several other free things we could’ve done as well, we just didn’t have the time. Great place with great amenities! 2 pools a lazy river and a hot tub! We were right on the beach with great views! I highly recommend!

Not what I expected

I received an email that my room was ready for early check-in at 2 o’clock and when I arrived at 5:30 I was told the room was occupied by another person. After about a half hour it was determined that the room was vacated the night before because of an issue. When I asked about what the issue was I was told that the bathroom door could be locked from the outside so that you were stuck in the room. I was then told that they were going to fix the issue and I would be able to check in within a half hour. That did not happen until much later in the evening but the facility was accommodating and allowing us to shower in another room as we had dinner reservations. When we arrive back for a check in our room was ready and when we went inside the first thing we noticed was mold on the light shade. Again the hotel was accommodating by replacing the light shade for us. The overall experience was not good.
