Fun times...

This was a great location for my child and I. I felt safe at the resort, pretty unbothered for the most part. Check in was wild I thought. Everyone was lined in the circle without much help from the gentlemen on duty to know where to go and how to check in. I will know for the next visit. Lifeguard stations right outside the resort as well. Pools were warm. All in all it was a good stay. Short walk to the boardwalk, plenty of police presence during memorial weekend and after. ( It was good)

Property was in a nice location, but a few things were not nice:-The deadbolt on the door did not lock - The DVD player skipped and would not play correctly - temperature on the shower faucet was opposite of what it says- cold draft coming through the cracks of the front door. - front desk employees seemed inconvenienced when asked questions or if we needed something- we were denied late checkout the night before our departure- The host took 3 days to respond to a simple question message I sent

Beautiful, clean room on 17th floor overlooking the beach. Only did one night stop over, but the sound of the waves was so relaxing. Plenty of restaurants, shops and activities in area.

After Thanksgiving getaway

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Patricia Grand. The view was fantastic! My wife really enjoyed watching the dolphins off our balcony. The condo was clean and was just as described on VRBO. The pool was nice, but there was an excessive amount of chlorine in the hot tubs. We used the gym twice during our stay. It was clean and functional and we enjoyed using it. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely stay there again.

Another great birthday vacation

There was a small issue at the time of my arrival, but housekeeping took care of it in a timely manner. The place was as pictured on the website, very clean and neat. The view of the ocean from the living area and bedroom was breathtaking 😍 I'll definitely be back again.

Amazing location & views, but a few things to know before you choose!

The location and views are absolutely amazing. Check-in was extremely easy and very little to do for check out. The room itself was nice overall. The kitchen is much smaller in person, even when cooking for two people. Cookware, dishes, bowls, etc. are provided. The bed was very comfortable with nice bedding and an awesome TV. In fact I thought the TV in the bedroom was better than the TV in the living room. The bathtub with the first shower did not drain, but maintenance/property management fixed it as soon as possible. Water pressure could have been better. Extremely easy to get to the beach. Pool bar and restaurant had fun drinks and great staff. Elevators were a big situation every day between 9-10:30 AM and 3-5 PM. Expect to wait up to 20 minutes at some points. The big thing I want to point out is that this resort is extremely kid friendly, which is great for some, but if you are a couple with no kids looking for quiet, kid-free activities – this is not the location for you. The common areas of the property could use a little bit more attention, such as the restrooms by the pool, pool deck and parts of the lobby area. The bathroom was so gross the two times I went to use it that I couldn’t use it due to me gagging. The elevators often times smelled like a dirty diaper. The parking garage is an extremely tight fit with narrow ups/downs. If you have a big truck or full size SUV I would be very careful using garage. We had a van and it worked great.
