"Upon arrival we were informed that the pool was not available. We had booked this hotel specifically because of the pool. We were celebrating my friend's birthday and we just wanted to swim, eat, and chat by the pool. We got our key and went up to our room only to discover another guest in it! Yep, they actually gave us a key to another guest's room and we opened their door much to all of our surprise. That was really unsettling. We went to front desk to get another room key. We shared that we hoped they weren't planning to charge us for our stay because the one amenity we needed wasn't available and we were not informed of that before booking and now we were sent to an occupied room that made us very nervous about staying there. Once we got to our room it was absolutely not clean. The sheets appeared to be washed but they were stained. There were toothpaste splatters on the mirror, conditioner smeared on the shower wall, hair on the shower curtain, it was not a good feeling. I was told that I would receive a refund but have yet to get my money back. Never staying here again. Don't recommend anyone stay here. Absolutely terrible customer service."

"Some front desk staff were excellent. Others need a raise or a lover. Gym is small but great. Laundry facility uses a super convenient app. Get it when you arrive so you can see when machines are available. Hotel is joint with another Hilton brand and in an area with several hotels and DoorDash kept incorrectly delivering. Convenient snack and small necessities kiosk with self checkout. Currently renovating some rooms. Contractors are super friendly but request a change of rooms if you don’t want the noise. Lastly, I hated the breakfast but I’m a diva with that stuff so I ordered what I preferred and there is a Starbucks down the street."
