Our experience at this hotel was good, I guess. Staying in hotels in a COVID world leaves a lot to be desired when you're used to the world before COVID. The breakfast and room housekeeping measures that this hotel takes in in order to be safe really make me miss the old days.

We totally get it! I'm proud to tell you that we are back to serving hot breakfast Monday-Friday! Our housekeeping service is upon request daily and have taken extra measure for sanitation and disinfecting the hotel, per the Hilton CleanStay program, partnered with Lysol!

The staff was very friendly and inviting. We had to check out a day early and they accommodated our request quickly and easily. I would recommend this hotel to other that stay in the Concord-Charlotte area.

The Hampton Inn is my favorite Hotel, I like the atmosphere. It’s very relaxing and the rooms are very clean and big. The workers were very friendly and check in and out was very easy. Love love love .

This place was about worthless. Gave away my room to someone who just didn’t want to leave. After I had my reservations for over 6 months.

I do apologize that we were not able to accommodate you, we are not permitted to remove a guests items from a room if they do not check out as scheduled. This is a very rare situation but in a situation like this we do pay for a comparable room at another hotel to make up for the error. Again my sincere apologies.
