Was there one night out of a four night stay due to the poor conditions. I was told by staff at the front desk I would receive a full refund, which I still have not gotten. Just a run-around from different staff due to lack of management in duty.

Pros: staff was nice and breakfast good. Cons: The carpet in hallways stained and so was the furniture in my room. Chaise and chair were grossly stained. I asked if they could be steam cleaned. They said there is no steam cleaner available. The chaise could be removed, but no replacement furniture available. No other rooms of that type available, but I switched rooms anyway. The desk chair in new room was also stained. I understand they are renovating October 2025. Until that time I could NOT recommend this hotel. They would not comp me anything for my time and effort of repacking and moving because I booked through Expedia.

When we arrived, the gentleman that checked us in was awesome. Very nice and helpful. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the fire alarm went off one night and the staff had no idea what to do. Might be a good idea to do some training ;)
