The staff was wonderful, friendly, and exptremely helpful! They gave our dog 2 treats and a ball she could playbwith forbher first time at the beach! The hotel was decorated beautifully to match the holidays and the ocean vibe. Room was nice, clean, and quiet (christmas time). Would recommend and return again!

You could tell this hotel was newly renovated. We were welcomed by friendly staff members at the front desk as well as the bar. At first glance, the hotel was beautiful, but when you look closer, there were things that need attention. The bathroom had mildew growing on the floor behind the door. There were 2 cracks in the wall, going from the ceiling halfway down the wall. The phones did not work, and there were stains on the carpet. The bed is hard as a rock. It was difficult for my husband and I to get a good night’s rest and we both woke up with back pain each morning.

shower curtain sticking to me while showering, entangling due to no weights to hold the fabric down. shower pan tilts so the water is at the back of the pan, running over the sides onto the flooring. need to update the molded caulking. fridge is very loud when it kicks on. staff was wonderful, food was excellent. enjoyed my time.

Handicapped doors didn’t work. TV didn’t work unless the maintenance changed the setting on back (for every use-need to find the correct remote that works the TV, universal remote don’t work unless changed the hdmi to cable setting-need tv remote for that)… Hot tub jets didn’t work (entire reason I stayed there & asked IF it was working BEFORE I checked in & they said “yes”). No hairdryer in room. Phone in room did not work to call out nor call downstairs. WiFi didn’t work well enough to support our own phones. Overall, sadly I will not go back even though I’ve stayed there 20+ times.

The location of the hotel was amazing--what a beautiful spot. Staff were accommodating (we needed an earlier check in for a wedding we were attending), the bar was fun on NYE, and the room was fine. Bathroom is tiny and dated, but not a problem. Great ice from the ice machine. Only thing we found annoying was the charge for parking--huge parking lot, and off-season it seemed unnecessary. It was a negligent fee, but felt obnoxious.

Upon entering i noticed an imprint on the bed where someone had been sitting prior to me checking in. Then I noticed a broken electrical socket cover under the desk. Next a remote that barely worked. The lock to the patio door gave a great fight to unlatch. The BIGGEST gripe I had was a very pungent odor on one of the pillows. I had to toss it across the room to be able to lay my head down. Guests were drunk and extremely loud in the hallway. Renovations were obvious but one could still tell how old the structure was.

Checking in and checking out were quick. But the staying was average. The room is small and it even doesn't provide a chair or something similar to sit down on. The Wifi was slow and disconnected every few minutes. The floor had sands. Apparently, the floor was not vacuumed or cleaned well enough before checking in. But the for the money, not much to complain for.
