Loved the property, view from our room, and easy access to the beach. Check in with Jason was awesome - so friendly! The floors in our room were filthy and clearly hadn't been vacuumed. We were constantly wiping our feet on towels. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay.

I love that the front desk is friendly and welcoming. I love that all rooms are oceanfront. I also love the convenience of being close to restaurants, grocery stores and surf shops. I love that there’s a decent sized refrigerator and microwave in our room. I love that coffee is offered daily in the lobby for free. And I love that, for the most part, it is a clean facility. I did not like that only one elevator was working and apparently has been out for awhile. Too much time was wasted waiting for or on the elevator. Also wasn’t happy that I was notified only one day prior to our arrival that the pool and hot tub area were being renovated. Wouldn’t have deterred my stay since I stayed in March and the hot tub would’ve been the only amenity I would have used. However, that should’ve been disclosed at time of booking as it was obvious that renovation had been going on for sometime. Also because of the renovation, there was no available water hose for washing sand off your feet. You had to just basically wipe the sand off your feet with your hands. There should've been some water source for that purpose alone.

Loved the ocean front balconies. Really liked the chairs and chaises . Rooms where clean and decorations where great.. the elevator was dirty, although I think they were being redone..

I didnt like where our room was located we were on the 5th floor and all we could smell was grease bc I think we may have been over top of the restaurant vent or something our clothes and hair and everything smelled like cooking grease amd when you walked in the hallway that was all you could smell

The balcony ocean view rooms were awesome. The sand needed to be cleaned off the balcony because as we tracked it in, the floor inside became slippery. Overall it seemed like a nice place to relax for the weekend. We also enjoyed the band on Saturday night!!

The view was beautiful, the room was nice and modernly decorated. The beds were really comfortable! The staff was very friendly. Overall, we had a good time. The only issues were that the floor in the room was extremely dirty/sandy. Don't think it had been cleaned since the last guests checked out. Also, the bathroom was so small that my husband had to sit sideways on the toilet; the shower was the smallest we've ever seen. One more issue- we had a cockroach in the room. When my husband quietly informed the concierge at the front desk (he waited until the lobby was empty), she kept arguing with him that it was a water-bug. Um, NO! We took a picture of it and offered to show her. This was most certainly a cockroach... She did say that they spray for bugs each week. We really had a great time, other than those three issues. Would certainly consider staying there again. Happy with our stay, for the most part. Just wish the woman at the desk had handled that situation with the bug more professionally.
