Safi Royal Luxury Valle

Av Diego Rivera 555, Garza Garcia - Map
This hotel is beautiful. This is the third time I stay here with a 100% satisfaction, but this time when I got to my room half of the complementary water bottle was half empty, this gave me a sense that the room was not cleaned properly. That was my only problem.

"great place to stay"
A really great experience. San Pedro is in the nicest part of Monterrey in my opinion. The hotel is great and the staff is excellent. Good for business or pleasure. There is a Starbucks and a big mall just across the street (just be carefull crossing the street). I didn't drive in Monterrey I am not that brave. Most of the hotel staff I dealt with was fluent in english and german seems to be popular here as well. I was happy to find they had Deutche Welle on tv at the hotel. The hotel had really good security. Overall things are a little more expensive in San Pedro than in other areas of Monterrey but still much cheaper than in the US. If you want bargans venture out into other areas of the city. The hotel sells Cuban cigars for my fellow Americans who want to try one while in Mexico. Just dont bring them back with you. As far as the room goes even the cheapest room is beautiful. The pictures used on the website are accurate. Comfortable, and beautiful. TV has good mix of english and spanish channels with Deutsche Welle that covers English, Spanish and German. The mall across the street has a Cinepolis if you want to catch a movie. I don't remember the exact price of tickets but they were pretty cheap and concessions were much cheaper than in the US.

"Great Value! "
The staff was very nice & extremely helpful. Hotel is clean & pillows are fluffy. Free WiFi. They also have shuttle service to the airport which was very convenient. Breakfast is included, but we didn't get to take advantage of it due to having to catch an early flight. Very inexpensive for such great treatment. The only downside is, the rooms run a bit small, but overall I consider this an excellent value for the money spent.
