"In all my experience, I had never been in a hotel that was infested with cockroaches. They moved us to a different room twice, and the problem persisted. The elevators were out of order, and the hotel lobby was very dirty."

I felt very safe and comfortable and area outside the hotel was very secured and felt comfortable walking around and everything was in close proximity. I didn't like that the main elevator was always out of service and had to use the service elevator.

Terribal customer service, after having reservation 2 weeks ahead of time, and confirming 2 times my reservations asking both time if pool was open (which was our reason for making the trip) No one told me it was not open, EVEN after I ASKED at arrival and checking in. THe receptionist told me pool was on level 2 and still did not tell me it was closed. after arriving on level 2 being in swim suit the JANITOR was the one that told me the pool was closed, I immediately went to reception asked for a manager and she told me how could she help me i told her pool was closed and no one told me and she said yea pool is closed. I said ok i would lie to cancel my stay she said ok and never offered an apology or try to resolve the issue in another way. She did not say a word no one did.
