Estuvo muy bien, el lugar está situado en una de las mejores áreas de SPGG. A pesar de que están en remodelación, no fue inconveniente para que la estancia fuera buena; la vista es excelente y tiene todo cerca, en frente está City Market con opciones gastronómicas ideales y cerca de plazas como Punto Valle, Main Entrance, etc. Di mis comentarios sobre mi único inconveniente y fue atendido y resuelto. Gracias, definitivamente volvemos

The person(s) at desk were rude, the card reader didnt work, they gave me one card. When they activated an additional card. It kept truning the lights and electricity off. Nothing stayed on. ... it was horrible!

My room had a broken towel, dirty sheets and towels and my TV didn't worked. I reported to front desk three times. They were able to fix the problems by the third day. Seems that management has more important things to do than listen to client complaints about the condition of the hotel they supposed manage.

This hotel is near everything you need, and the best part is that you don't have to drive or get an Uber. HEB is next door and many restaurants in less than .5 miles away. The hotel is good and needs a better chef with a better menu.

La propiedad esta en construccion en el exterior, cuando llegue en la noche hay trabajadores en andamios tubos y materiarles, ellos todos con equipo de seguridad y tu tienes que pasar en medio de ellos sin seguridad alguna ademas que mi conductor no tenia donde aparcar para que yo descendiera del auto, al hacer el check in,aunque las habiaticiones estan recien remodeladas, mi habitacion le faltaba un silla y mesa y tuve que solicitarla, me la llevaron a media noche. No servia la calefaccion, fueron a supuestamente repararla pero seguia sin funcionar. La señal de internet se iba y regresaba dentro de la habitacion, el baño no tenia agua caliente era solo agua tibia, lo reporte supuestamente iba a revisarlo, ya el ulitmo dia para regresarme solo habia agua fria, lo reporte al salir. Eramos un grupo grande que asistimos a un evento y todos tuvieron algun problema, por ese precio es mejor llegar a otro lugar que esta mucho mejor.
