Our spectacular condo is beautifully decorated and waiting for you.
The spacious layout Unit 712 allows for your family to interact and relax, making it a memorable beach vacation. Enjoy the wrap-around balcony, which can be accessed from every room with views of the Ocean, the Bay and golf course.

Surfside Resort is one of the area’s most outstanding locations with great on-site amenities and a unique Sky Bridge that connects to the sandy white beaches.

The condo was totally remodeled in February 2018. It has top of the line amenities in every room. Brazilian granite, porcelain floors thru out, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, stainless steel appliances and beautiful furniture.

Unit 712 features three bedrooms, three baths. The first Master bedroom, is very spacious with a seating area, large closet and a vanity table. It features a pillow top king bed, 42 “ wall mounted Flat Screen TV, ceiling fan, a private master bath with large glass-enclosed shower and balcony access. The second Master bedroom, is beautifully decorated, has a private balcony with views of the Bay and stunning sunrises. It features a king bed, ceiling fan, wall mounted 40”Flat Screen TV, private bath with walk-in shower, seating area and a large closet. The guest bedroom with bathroom across the hall, also has access to the wrap-around balcony. It is furnished with two queen beds, 32“ wall mounted Flat Screen TV, ceiling fan, and hall bath access.

The fully stocked kitchen has all the necessities to satisfy even the most accomplished chef. It has all the comforts of home, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter space featuring bar seating for entertaining. Just off the kitchen is the dining room having a family size table with seats for six.

Beach Service is included for all reservations between, March 15th – October 31st. This includes four chairs and two umbrellas for your entire vacation stay. Beach towels provided.

Surfside Resort is known for its facilities:

Moon Crush
Was great for our group who attended Moon Crush. It was about a 10 minute walk to the venue. The gulf was amazingly clear, a little chilly still but it didn’t keep us out. The beach chair guy said the water was clearer than he had seen in 13 years of working there. The condo was set up well for our group, 1br on one end and the other 2 opposite. End. We had a great view of the ocean from the side. The kitchen had the basics like detergent and a few condiments. The only things I would like to see would be slightly better towels and a later checkout.

Good location, nice unit
The unit was nice, up to date and clean. Spacious enough for 3 couples. We had a few issues and let the owner know, she responded well. The hot water situation was a little odd. None of us seemed to be able to control the water temperature while showering. I do not think this was on the individual unit, maybe a larger building issue. It was not a huge deal for us but if I had been bathing my kids i would have been concerned. It got scalding at point. Otherwise everything was great!

We had a family vacation at this well appointed condo. The owner was extremely responsive when there was an issue with the A/C, which was actually a complex issue. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay. The owners were very helpful and sent information days before we arrived. They even let us know about things going on while we were there. The condo was very spacious and clean. The beach service was exceptional every day. The resort ran out of parking, and I called security and had another covered parking spot within minutes. I would recommend this stay to anyone.

Perfect location with some inconveniences
Overall the stay was great. The location is perfect, the stretch of beach is really convenient and clean, the pool was nice and plenty of good places to eat nearby. The check-in process was not great. The building has every single person check-in at the same time each day. Because of that and the fact that there was only 1 working elevator for 16 floors, the check-in process was a nightmare. We tried to get confirmation from the owner that it was okay for us to go up 30 minutes early and didn’t hear back for multiple hours but by that point it was too late. Check-in at 3:15 or 3:30 would have save a lot of time. They ended up fixing the second elevator by mid week and that made it better but it was inconvenient during check-in. When more than 1 shower was in use there was only scalding hot water in the showers. We notified the property owner and were told to notify a maintenance person. Maintenance told us that the property owner was responsible for making the request. This was an inconvenience all week. There was a power surge on our second night during a storm and we notified the property owner that the surge messed up the AC in the main unit. We ended up figuring out how to reset the AC unit but another inconvenience when we are paying to stay somewhere I’m not wanting to have to “work”. The location and unit are great and if it weren’t for the few inconveniences this would have been a 5 star stay.
