Unregistered guests: 50$ for every extra guest that is not mentioned for the reservation
Quiet hours: quiet hours are between 10pm-8am. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund
Common Areas Rules:
- Please note if any parties or unauthorized events are held in the common area you will be prompted to leave the property and your stay effectively canceled.
- Conversely if any items are damaged in the commons area, you will also be charged for the damaged items.
- Absolutely no sleeping or turning lights off in common areas
