Our reservation was canceled 2 hours before check-in and it ended up costing an extra $200 and we had to book with 2 different hotels for our 2 day trip. WE NEED OUR MONEY REIMBURSED!

The staff were all friendly, professional and knowledgeable at all times. However, initial bed linens were dirty and stained, the drain in the sink was broken and there was dirt and hair on floors and corners from previous guests. This room (304) needs a THOROUGH CLEANING and plumbing repairs.

The check in process was a chore, the line was long and we couldn't check in until 4 pm, it was 337 and was told the rooms weren't ready yet. We ended up having a drink in the bar until 4 and was able to check in right away. The carpet wasn't vacuumed but other than that, the rom was comfortable. We only stayed the night and did not use the amenities or the pool. For what we paid for one night, not sure we will be back.

The staff at check in and out were WONDERFUL! Very friendly and helpful! There was a very unpleasant odor in the morning that smelled of sewer. Also waited over 10 min for an elevator and finally took the 4 flights of stairs!

Staff was excellent, polite, helpful and efficient. Our room was in great shape and there were only 2 minor complaints. First, there were no plugs on the nightstand between the 2 queen beds. 2nd, I know this is probably COVID related but I dislike plastic drinking glasses at this price point. Ok, so this is not-picking, I will admit but that was the only negative thing to say. I appreciated that there was free, on-site parking and a place away from the front doors for smokers. They had chairs and some tables set up so smokers could indulge and not force other guests to walk through their smoke to get into the building. Well done.
