I really liked this hotel. The room was comfortable and big, and our room had a terrace with pool view and stairs from the terrace that lead down directly to the pool, which was very convenient. And we didn't have to go through the whole hotel to get to the pool.

I think staff where picky to how they wanted to help and serve catered to those who was lighter skin then others the stay was ok but me and my wife felt if as if they where being rude we was supposed to get 400 back got have back with all these expenses on top of a bill, they gave us less amount of money that we deserved when we checked out of the hotel

Scott and the staff were amazing and very accommodating. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was very good. My only complaint is that the hot tub was dirty with leaves and bugs. The pool and room were great! The staff went out of their way to check and see if we needed anything. They also allowed us to store our luggage and use their facilities until our flight departed. The beach is only a 2 minute walk from the hotel and lots of restaurants within a 15-30 minute walk from the hotel. If you are looking to go clubbing I wouldn’t recommend this location as it is far from all the action.

Love the location of this hotel, just a few blocks away from the best beach area, it is safe to walk around… it was great to be close to great restaurants and shops. We absolutely enjoyed our stay, it was super clean and the staff and service was 10/10

The tile in the bathroom and the walkways is not well cleaned or kept. It is very dirty. The shower walls have a lot of soap scum on them There is no drinkable or drip coffee available It is very misleading to have written Statements that there is an INCLUDED resort fee only to get charged, therefore very misleading as is not included, rather a separate charge. The towels were not even at the beach ready for use until the afternoon. It is 2 blocks away, fine but people get up early to go the beach, they should be there by 7 am not NOON The outside waterway is dirty, dark water full of leaves. It is

Beware of distorted images. Rooms are old, smelly

I was given a room that had terrible smell, a sticky carpet and absolutely no privacy unless I completely closed the curtains. The resort fee is completely disproportional to the cost of the room and the service provided. It should not be mandatory. This is hidden fee is a complete scam, specially if you are not planning to use the "resort" features. Beware of pictures, as they distort reality. Hotel is not half as nice as it appears in the pictures. Pool is small and unappealing. Make sure you review guest pictures for an accurate idea of what the hotel looks like.
