The room was very outdated. It was very hard to find the light switches in the room. There was no complimentary water in the room, however when I did go to the lobby to ask for water, all of them were room temperature.

"I was not informed this was a kids theme hotel. Was surprised upon my arrival that I had no adult options. Bed was uncomfortable & very low to the ground. Box springs setting on the floor!
