No matter which staff, they were all very friendly and helpful. Always said hello with a smile on their faces and asked how everything was going throughout our stay. We loved the option of afternoon snacks and the popcorn was a plus.

Our room was very nice and clean. We were given free drinks and snacks before dinner. The breakfast was great. A lot to choose from and a beautiful view of the Ohio River and Cincinnati. The staff went above and beyond. They were very friendly. We will definitely stay there again.
