I have to correct myself as I complained about no plug in for electronics which I did find later by the desk area…BUT…difficult to get plug in access by the bed as I had a heating pad that I NEEDED to use while sleep. Otherwise…a very friendly hotel…housekeeping, LOVELY!

Staff was super friendly but to wait in a line to check in for 45 min was a little much. There should have been way more staff on to help. I also got locked out of my room once and had to wait 30 min to get a new key.
