The room is great, and the hotel itself is what we remember from last time. The only problem is the other customers! Loud kids in the quiet areas and vaping/smoking when it is supposedly not allowed in the pools. I really wish there was a monitor of some sort…instead, it just makes us not want to come back. My daughter also found a dead mouse on the pool deck.

Not worth it.

They don’t let you check in until 4 pm so we timed it to arrive at 4 but got there at 4:20 pm and our room wasn’t ready. Couldn’t check in until 5:25 pm. The front desk personnel have no interest in customer service. They go through the motion like they are forced to work there. Inside the room was no better than a Motel 6 except four times the cost.

What i didn’t like about it only was that our room is not yet ready and we’re waiting for almost 2 1/2 hours after 4 pm. But the rest is perfect. Hope that in the future won’t happen again.

Outrageously overpriced EV chargers at HHS Resort

Went for winter weekend. Hot springs are nice, but they were extremely crowded. Hiked in the area. We enjoyed our stay. Beware of the Chargepoint EV chargers. The price is 27cents/minute! The price is outrageously overpriced and set by Harrison Hot Springs Resort. They should warn you about this. Cost $57 for 4 hours. We charged at the Tesla charging station twice for $5.

We were in a renovated room and it was very outdated. (Can’t imaging what others were like) No refrigerator, hole in the cabinet for one, furniture was old, bed was hard as a board. It was clean but we wouldn’t stay there again. (The relaxing mineral waters of the hot springs were needed after waking up with back and shoulder pain from the bed.) We were very disappointed.

Stayed in the old part of the main hotel. Bed was hard, hallways smelled stale, silverfish running around on bathroom floor. Room was “rustic”. BUT time spent in hot springs were magic. Check in experience was good, BUT waited nearly an hour in line at 6pm on Valentines evening. Lots of staff, just BUSY. Will we go back….maybe.

We enjoyed our stay but it started off a bit rocky as we had to wait in line for almost two hours to check in also the rooms could definitely use a refresh, they are quite dated and the carpets are well past their prime.
