Front desk staffs are very nice and helpful. But a few points like to address out: 1) as a hot springs resort hotel, spa towels and robes should be prepared inside the room. 2) the carpets both inside room and public corridors are very very dirty. 3) would be greater to use less odium hypochlorite for pools and more fresh spring water. Harrison lake is so beautiful, recently the public facilities and restaurants are well established. Harrison Hot Spring Hotel is the only one with hot springs. We really hope and will appreciate your hotel keeps good standards. Thanks

The room was clean and in good order; housekeeping and service staff was friendly and courteous; the Lakeview Cafe (and its staff) is great, breakfast there is very enjoyable; the wider hotel is okay; the pools are the main drawing point of the resort; we hope to make use of the re-opened Copper Room next time we are there (we liked it a lot years ago).

Very old furniture in room venting was poor smelled musty , carpeting stained , understaffed at check in took an hour an a half to check in , service at lobby coffee shop slow , Debit machine was inactive both mornings , dinners overpriced for quality of food. Still love the resort just needs A lot of TLC. Upkeep & management
RCMP Bear mascot may need a manicure and a new hat.
The old part of the building is heritage and requires an expert in engineering to maintain and bring back the old Hollywood glory.

Unfortunately, the bathroom in the room was clogged, the lights were not working, and the electrical outlets did not function properly. However, the hotel staff were relatively friendly. The areas under the tables and in the corners of the room had not been cleaned.

The room was in good condition although I could certainly tell that some parts of the hotel need a bit of renovation, but maybe that gives it. It’s charm. Beautiful, hot springs, an amazing breakfast buffet! A lot of children still visit with their parents so be prepared for some children here and there, but that’s a hotel for you.
