Considering the cost and hype of this resort, it is in awful condition. The resort itself sits on the beautiful Harrison Lake. It looks like it will be an amazing place but so much is in disarray. Doors are out of order, elevators are out of order, our room was stuck in the early 90s, broken cracks in the sink, a very dirty shower full of hair, our heat didn't work at all and we had to have someone from maintenance come help us fix it. The pool was great but that was really the only thing we liked. The parking lot is ridiculous. You are told to park in any open spot (the parking lot is not nearly big enough for how many rooms they have). It took us a half hour of searching before we gave up and asked the hotel front desk for help and then we were told we would have to wait for the staff to leave for the night to get an actual spot.

Overall okay, a few things that weren't great, there was a towel shortage, there was no room clean during our 2 night stay; even when I called and confirmed they were supposed to tidy up the room. there was no enforcement of the hot springs rules (for example, the 18+ quiet zone pool, had loud splashing children Everytime we went in so we couldn't relax and reflect like that zone was meant to be used for.) we had mentioned it was my birthday but there was acknowledgement of that or any little gift.. A little disappointed as this was not a cheap vacation. Not sure if I would want to stay at this resort again. :(

Not enough staff. More than 1 hour of waiting to check in. In my opinion, for such a large number of people there are not enough pools. Always a lot of people in the pools.

Enjoyed our weekend away. Honeymooned here long time ago. We selected this location for a relaxation weekend away and felt it was a good pick even though it was on the long weekend for famil day because they offered their guests adult only pools and hot tub and a quiet zone near the relaxing spa. However, guests beware that security said management over ruled that and allowed kids screaming in this area all weekend. We saw older couples leave the area due to this. NO towels at the pool area most of the time. We had to go to rooms wet and dripping. We only had one robe in room upon arrival and the front desk line was so long we had to wait before being able to get one for both of us. Check in was over a hour wait and the hotel didn’t seem prepared for the busy weekend, or maybe had illness and couldn’t serve everyone in a timely manner. That said hotel staff was all pleasant and helpful. Floor 7 had a wonderful house keeping team member who was happy to get us what we needed. We loved the layout of hotel, food and cocktail offerings. We really enjoyed our time in the hot springs. Just remember when booking that the manager chose to prioritize one group over another even though they promote packages of romance and quiet for couples, so you won’t be disappointed. I would also recommend you bring your own towel since they couldn’t seem to have them at the pool area. Room was clean and wonderful. Great layout. Beautiful mountain views. Beds firm yet comfortable. Great pillow
