We have come to this resort many times but it seems to be getting less desirable to come. They kicked kids and teenagers out of the indoor pool last night. I can understand kicking them out of the indoor spa itself for the adults but not the pool. So if it rains hard, the kids must be swimming outside? That’s not family friendly. They also took a long time to provide pool towels and bath robes.

Staff were excellent, very clean and the pools were wonderful. Downfall - the bed was so soft and sunk in any spot you tried to sleep. Ended up sleeping on the couch and floor.

Hotel is ready out dated. The hallway looks like the hotel in horror movie "Shining". Carpet is dirty with stains and beds are probably as old as the hotel. They are lucky they are the only hotel that has hot spring water.

The hot pool was wonderful, as always. But the hotel facility needs some renovation. Our sliding door screen didn't work, annoying, an elevator in East Tower was down and hallway on 6th floor smelled strange with no ice machine.The gym needs a stationary bike.

Lots of parking but no free charging for ev compared to other hotels such as whistler. Everywhere is walkable for stores & restaurants. Hotel is ok, but the flooring is super old. We didn’t get our bath robes in our room & we asked one of the ladies but they told us they have limited of sizes & don’t have enough for everyone which was not something I expected when paying the amount we paid for our rooms. Restaurant are expensive in the hotel & the all day breakfast as t was super salty especially the bacon. Overall it was an ok experience.
