There’s a lack of attention to detail keeping this from being 5 star stay. One elevator out of service the entire stay, a couple of hairs left in the bathroom, some updating done but others not and looking worn (carpets). Public tv screens showing reality television (olympics more appropriate this weekend?) and music piped throughout resort was upbeat pop - maybe a more relaxing vibe to go with the “healing springs” theme. Staff were friendly and great. Copper room band and dinner/dancing experience were a highlight!

It’s really hard to even know where to start with this hotel that’s been left as an after thought by its owners. From the outdated rooms to the unprofessional staff, someone needs to step in and do a whole redo. Dirty floors and carpets, flooring coming apart on certain floors, so much to go into that has been neglected. The manager was supposed to call me to go over a few issues we encountered, he never called. The pool area ran out of towels for hours. The room is very small and the toilet is hard to flush. Bottles that are half filled are left in your shower. Dust bunnies have gathered in the corners of the hallways. The other thing is only one elevator was working the whole weekend, it took forever to catch an elevator. I’m exhausted by the issues of staying at this “relaxing resort.”

I was disappointed with my stay at Harrison Hot Springs Resort and won’t be returning. The website was unresponsive for two days while I tried to book, so I ultimately decided to use Expedia, only to find that those reservations are limited to the Heritage building, where I received a subpar room. The parking lot was chaotic, lacking clear lines, and the adult pool felt more like a party scene due to excessive drinking. In search of peace, I tried the "Quiet Zone. Adult Only. 18+" indoor pool, but it was overrun with noisy children. To top it off, I was disturbed multiple times at night by a party happening above me, making it difficult to sleep until around 5am. If you're looking for relaxation, this hotel isn't the place; it seems better suited for those wanting a lively atmosphere. Additionally, the building is in dire need of updates, as it appears quite run down. It's best to avoid booking through Expedia as well.

Room was very dated. Carpets were very stained. Heat did not work. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Toilet was falling apart. Shower was very bad pressure and made a squealing noise. Pools were very loud, very overcrowded and full of clumps of hair. The 33 dollar a person breakfast was cold and salty and very little selection. The only thing fantastic about this hotel was the friendly staff.

Lovely location! Pools were excellent. Hotel felt a little understaffed. Lots of kids in indoor adult only space during rain, which was a bit annoying and definitely not quiet. But overall very charming resort, and a great quick getaway from Seattle.

I booked a romantic getaway with my partner through Expedia. Upon checking in and heading to our room we were disappointed to see the size and vibe of our room. It was a junior suite in the "main hotel" as described through Expedia. It looked nothing like the photos being advertised. The room was small and the floor was slanted with a single window facing the hot springs pool. The bed was creaky, the pillows were thin and the furniture were all very old. However, our stay was still pleasant due to our close vicinity to the pools, the amazing and attentive resort staff, and overall cleanliness of the both the rooms and the resort. I suggest booking directly through the resort so you have a better representation of the room you are booking or be mindful of booking junior suites "at the main hotel" from Expedia.

The pools are well maintained and clean. The hotel itself is a bit of a maze due to many add ons over the years. The place was very busy due in part to a conference. Guest parking is a long walk from the hotel. Check in was easy. Room was clean and cosyand the window opened for fresh air. Big gap on the side and bottom of the door which let in a lot of bright hall light at night and the smoke detecor blinked on and off all night...annoying.
