We have come to this resort many times but it seems to be getting less desirable to come. They kicked kids and teenagers out of the indoor pool last night. I can understand kicking them out of the indoor spa itself for the adults but not the pool. So if it rains hard, the kids must be swimming outside? That’s not family friendly. They also took a long time to provide pool towels and bath robes.

Quiet pool area is very relaxing and different pool areas made for reduced crowds. Room is quite old and many areas of the hotel are long overdue for upgrades.

The hotel is generally very run down, the carpets where every dirty and the room was looked as if it had last been updated 40 years ago. The air conditioning was incredibly loud to the point you couldn’t sleep. The extra $58 dollar hidden charge for the amenities we didn’t use was also very irritating.

Harrison Hot Springs is always our favorite destination. The hotel is in need of a major renovation but the staff is super friendly and the pools are just the best! We loved the food this trip and the weather was perfect. If you love to walk and hike and swim, this is the place for you. We will continue to come back several times a year and you can't beat the beauty of the lake and surrounding mountains. Comfy beds, bathrobes, lots of dining options, and it's quiet and pet-friendly too!

The sliding door in the room was broken, It couldn't close properly... the rooms are old, it's not pricey, but the rooms are from the later 1990s at best. A quarter century old in appearance, and function.

Parking was tight the first night we spent there, overall the building is dated, stains on carpet, mini fridge in same area as bathroom/closet/sink. We had to ask for robes/towels for the pools. Our overall experience was great but pricey for accommodations. Staff was friendly and quick with requests. Lovely place to walk around and enjoy. The pools were warm and clean.

Incredible location…. Friendly staff… but like others have already mentioned, it’s time for a refresh. The carpets in the hallways looked grubby and everything is a bit old and worn. The owners/management need to badly put some money into this facility to make this a destination worthy of their guests and staff….

I liked the pools and how warm/relaxing they are. Our room was good but I was the bathtub had grab barbs. Also, there was no fan in the bathroom which made things a little steamy after a shower.

There were many areas to explore within the facility such as indoor warm pool/hot spring, out door adult/child pool and there were bar near pool that you could buy drink and enjoy in the pool.
