"When I entered the 1st room, I hear the toilet running. I knew the water was running from the tank. I went back down to the lobby if I can change my room.1st room given to me had a broken toilet. Went down stairs to change rooms,but was told to wait for maintenance to fix the toilet. It will take 20 minutes. I waited then ask if I can go back up to room. They haven’t done anything yet. I was then assigned another room. Kevin who was at the front desk reassigned my room. They apologized for the inconvenience. Very professional and courteous. "

"There was a bullet hole in the bathroom door while they put a patch on the outside they forgot to cover the inside. AC smelled and barely worked.
