It’s good that it is close to the cruise terminal and has a shuttle, but the hotel is run down and my room was not very clean, furniture run down and stained. The soap, shampoo bottles were empty in my room. Only 1 bath towel

Some staff nice, some rude. Hotel pretty clean. The room looked a lot nicer in the pictures than it really was. Area around hotel was ok, a little dodgy. I stayed here because of the reasonable price of a room with a “suite”. Next time I’ll pay the extra $150.00 / night to stay somewhere nicer in a nicer area closer to downtown. This place is a solid 20 minute drive from anywhere.

Check in was terrible. A lot of cruisers stay here and instead of letting them in when their room is clean they make you wait till 4. That’s 100 people waiting in the lobby for hours. The bar/ restaurant was not open during this time. The shuttle was very nice. Dinning/bar staff was very nice and the food was good

We had such an amazing stay. We were arriving late, called ahead to let them know we checked in quickly and easily. We were attending a cruise the next day they offered cheap affordable shuttle. Shuttle mat right outside of the hotel we didn’t have to wait long to be driven. We had dinner and drinks at the restaurant and was able to catch some live music. Food took a little long, but considering how many guests were there it was understandable. Beds are super comfy rooms are clean. Can’t wait to go back and do it all over again. we found our go to hotel when leaving Long Beach.

This is always my go-to hotel if taking a cruise from San Pedro. Super easy to walk to the ship and they also offer a paid shuttle to the port. My 2 favourite bars/restaurants are a block away - San Pedro Brewing and Port Town Brewing. The staff at the desk are great (usually the same faces each time I show up) and the hotel bar has a good happy hour.
