We’re usually not ones to complain but our room was not that clean. One of the beds was doused in some sort of perfume or air freshener which enveloped the room. Our toilet clogged and water went all over the floor, did not appear to be our fault, and the maintenance person plunged the toilet but left the water everywhere.

Great location, staff very friendly. Unfortunately there was no safe in our room which was a nuisance, apparently they are waiting for a delivery! Also the extractor fan in the bathroom was stuck on the whole time, was quite noisy. We did ask the front desk who were very helpful and sent someone straight up to have a look, but he couldn’t sort it either!
