We stayed one night to meet our cruise and this is a perfect hotel. It is 30 min for LAX, 10 min from the pier, and in a okay area during the day. There is a Denny’s next door with a WONDERFUL staff!!! The room was very clean and the staff as very friendly, welcoming, and informative. Great place for a nights stay!

This property need serious renovation. Old, antiquated styling. Mattress worn and squeaks. When showering, water drains extremely slow. The toilets are so low and small. You have railing in shower to help elders, but how do we get up from the toilet? Carpet stained all throughout halls and some ripped areas.

The area was a little suspect but the property itself is safe. The service provided by Nora upon checking was outstanding. She was well informed, friendly and efficient. Breakfast was fine and the morning team was friendly too.

Staff wanted an extra $20 to check in at noon or one o’clock. Con job. This is a very old run down hotel in an area that has absolutely nothing. The property does not look like the picture and the area properties have bars on their windows. If that is the World Cruise Port hotel then a porta potty is the Taj Mahal.

I love that this hotel has a real breakfast offering. Not just coffee and pastries. The rooms are comfortable. It is close to the freeway and a major road so there is a bit of traffic noise.
