The outside does not look appealing, and the inside looks like run down barocks. I mean, you can stay there, but it is not updated in any way, shape or form. I didn't feel safe, that sums it up.

The pictures make it look way better than it is. The spa was closed. No heated pool like advertised. No Bell Hop! If you need a room with elevator access you must pay more. Then you don't get a balcony unless you PAY EVEN MORE! The beds are old and uncomfortable. The shower hot water only lasted for 3 min no matter what time of day it was. If you have to stay you will be fine but it you can find another hotel please do so!!!

Service was great. Everything else was bad. Hotel needs significant updating. Everything is old and falling apart. Felt like a dilapidated Vegas motel. No glasses for water in the room. The water smelled odd, the bathroom tissue box was stuck to the counter and when I tried to move it to make room for my toiletries and it was disgusting underneath. We paid $250 for the night. Absolutely not worth it. Do not stay at this hotel unless you are on a very tight budget and the price is no more than a nearby Super 8.

Great location with a beautiful pool and grounds. Enjoyed our own balcony as well! Would be great if there was a trash can outside of our room by the stairs, no housekeeping for a multiday stay and nowwhere to empty out our trash cans.

The area around the property is very nice. The staff is nice. My room itself was terrible. It smelled bad. There was a lot of very loud people on the property; smell of spilled beer and cannibus everywhere. I was concerned about my car in the lot from party goers driving badly. Room needed work. Lamp was sticky and had rings from a drink from previous guests. Curtains in bad shape. Hot and cold water spicket in bathroom was reversed. I complained to staff and they were good about it but I ended my stay early. Maybe it was just bad timing. Maybe I just got the worst room to offer. No second stay for me to find out. Picture on the wall was pretty.

My aunt stayed in a room at this location, and upon arrival the phone was not working in the room. The pool bar for the disabled room was faulty and almost caused her to fall. The TV was not working, and the clock was wrong. I brought these concerns to the front desk and they sent maintenance to address ASAP. They even offered to relocate it to another room however, after getting there, it was not as close to the pool as initially discussed and we had to relocate back to the original room. The staff was very understanding and helpful! Best part about being here.
