The couch in the room was worn out & dirty. The bed sheets had holes in them.

We got the Room with the big bathtub in it and while the tub itself was great, the room was pretty dirty. It had a sticker on the door saying sealed for sanitation but this place did not look the least bit reflective of the claim. The floor was dirty and felt wet, the curtains looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months, due to the large amount of dust bunnies near the bottom of the curtain (we think it was dust, but it also looked a bit like mold. After we spent the night on the bed we both woke up with a few bug bites on our legs. If we ever spend the night in Long Beach again, we will probably be staying at a different hotel.

My wife got injured because the hot tub in room did not have guard on part that sucks in water. Causing my wife to get sucked in from high powered suction leaving mark on lower back and back pain.

The staff was great and helpful but I didn’t enjoy the fire alarm needing batteries in the night or the rowdy bunch who felt the need to lock their cars with a beep many, many times all night. We killed a cockroach and just felt gross after that.
