Nice apartment

Shared apartment in a nice neighborhood. Walking distance to main street with many restaurant options. Very clean, bed was comfy. Locked garage parking.

Come ready to deal with roaches.

The room was ok. The window shade is broken, it only goes half down so come ready to wake up early. The main problem are the disgusting roaches in the bathroom and around the fridge, I brought that to the attention of property manager without response! Internet connection is very slow. Photos are not accurate everything in the room is old and filthy!

Everything was super clean. It was easy to get everywhere from the location. Room had refrigerator, shower and toilet in room.

Easy check-in,the room wasn't exactly like in the pic, was expecting the cute floral sofa like in the pic because cute furnitures makes me stay feel more relaxed, but it was a different sofa there with random towels draped over it. The room was clean and alright,the bathtub was clean but looked old, the kitchen/livingroom was kind of dirty, I saw a cockroach crawled by so that kind of gave me anxiety if there were more or not.

Perfect if you just need a clean place to stay

You could really feel the host’s effort to make the room as nice as possible. There was a mini fridge, antibacterial spray and wipes, an abundance of electrical outlets, waste bins and a desk. They even provided facial cleanser! The WiFi was pretty slow but that wasn’t a priority for me. The building itself looked pretty run down, but there were no suspicious characters around, and I felt safe in the neighborhood. I came to LA with the intention of being out all day and only coming back to the property to wash up and sleep, so this place was perfect for my needs and extremely affordable!
