The staff was friendly and I liked the sitting area with the fireplace. The pool was warm and jacuzzi was very nice! The worst part was a 10 o'clock at night our sink was backed up and brown water came out with chunks of hair. It was disgusting. They did come and fix it right away.

Our room was in the older building, probably why we had issues. Not much attention is paid to it's upkeep. Available parking was limited, had to park in the "No Parking" areas. The A/C was terrible, barely cooled the room down and wouldn't cool at all during the overnight hours. The coffee maker didn't work (the only amenity) and neither did the sound on the TV. The toilet seemed loose from the floor, cracked caulking, shower head moving in the wall. We've stayed there before and things were OK. Must be the luck of the draw. We'll book elsewhere for our next visit, we go to Lake George at least 6 times a year....
