Note that we stayed at the Sale Place and not Star Street apartments because they changed our booking so this comment applies to Sale Place specifically.
The first thing that makes me leave a bad comment is the heat!! While we were there, the actual London temperature varied from 11-25 Celsius, which isn't that hot. Inside the room though, it was like it was 40 degrees AT ALL TIMES. I woke up at least 5-6 times a night to pour water on myself as I couldn't sleep. It was horrible. We were also on the first floor and the window was huge with no screen on it. So we couldn't leave it open as the outside world would have a full view of what was happening inside the room, and anyone could've hopped in through the window and attack us.
Also when booking, the pictures made this place look huge, when it was in fact absolutely tiny. Barely had any place to move around, couldn't fit my entire body in the bathroom either (and we are not plus size). We booked this specifically cause we thought it would be much bigger, and it was much more expensive than other hotels and also a lot farther than the centre-ville. So quite disappointing when we arrived, to see we payed so much money for a tiny and far room, and it was a sauna in there.
The good thing is that it was clean and right next to a tube station so easy to get places. The actual company was also very nice and communicated well. I still would not rebook this though sadly. They need to fix the ventilation asap, and lower their rate.
