I’d give zero stars if possible. First, this is not a comfort inn. It’s the Yellowstone inn that’s going through renovations. When we first arrived at 10:30 pm we were told we couldn’t get the king room we had reserved because a cleaning person called in sick. We got “upgraded” to a king suite. The first room we went into had a broken box spring and the bed was angled at a 5 degree angle before you even sat on it. There were bugs everywhere. We got moved to another room, and this one had no light bulbs in any of the lamps. We then got moved to a third room, which had blood stains all over the comforter and sheets. We called the front desk and said we’ll deal with the room, could we please just get new bedding. We’ll even put it on ourselves. It took 20 minutes for them to be brought up to our room because the only person working was checking in other people. The fitted sheet we were given didn’t fit the king size bed, and we weren’t brought a new comforter. At this point it was an hour after we had arrived so we just decided to sleep under a single sheet. The entire area reeks of chlorine due to the pool being right outside the rooms. This was the worst hotel experience we have ever had.

When we pulled up, we thought we might be at the wrong address. The building looks empty from the outside. Walking into the lobby, it appeared freshly renovated, but further inspection revealed that it is under construction. The young lady at the counter was rude. Once we had our room key, we went up to the second floor. Our room was at the opposite end of the hall and all along the way the room doors were open, appeared empty and in various stages of disarray. Our room was not clean. The toilet had hair on it. The sheets and towels had yellow stains. The TV wasn't working. My daughter was able to find that the card was not inserted into the back of the TV. Once she fixed it, we were able to get Direct TV. The WiFi did not work; we had 1 bar and could not get WiFi in our phones or my laptop. We had booked a 2-night stay; but after reading the reviews, we decided to leave early the next morning and not return.

Front desk lady was very nice and helpful. Rooms were much better than expected. Fridge wasn't as cold as could be and room AC could be better. Overall it was a good stay, would probably stay there again.

First off this property is under total construction. I waited until we got home so I could review their online statements about this motel, no where did I find this revealed, therefore I have no choice but to inform others what to expect. DO NOT STAY HERE! Maybe someone can look at it and say while it’s not too bad so we’ll give it a try. Maybe someday that’ll be the case but for now it’s just a guarantee to have at least one night of your vacation ruined and that my friends can’t be replaced. From the outside it looks like a vacated old warehouse with the dirtiest windows I’ve ever seen except at the subway which happens to be roughly one block away. They don’t have luggage carts at all “yet” but if they did they wouldn’t fit in the elevator anyways. We had been on a 14 day trip so we had a lot to carry in, once we got on the second floor our room was way over on the other side where carpets layers were working. They had to move stuff and re-roll some of their carpet outta the way to we could struggle with our luggage to get over it all. Then we get to go into our re-modeled suite, first off there’s water all over the floor because some genius took it upon himself to defrost the frig but failed to realize the tray in there couldn’t hold all the water, we emptied it and put towels down, when leaving the next day we looked and asked around to find someone we could tell about this but after many minutes we left to resume our vacation leaving Yellowstone Inn and Suites behind.

Good night s sleep.

we had a nice reception, check in was fast, good nights sleep. Did not try out the breakfast we headed out before it was ready. the TV did not work called it in but decided to cancel because we were very tired and went to sleep very early. reminded the front desk in the morning about the TV.

The hotel property is going to renovation, the inside of the hotel floors are not done. Breakfast was terrible, dehydrated eggs, and bacon and waffles on the side was it. The upgraded room was almost completed but the bathroom was very small. The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work and the shower only had scorching hot water coming from it. The AC and heater unit was old and had a very bad smell coming out of it so we couldn’t use it. The window wasn’t able to open to get some fresh air in either.

Front desk is not managed throughout the night

Their front desk is not managed past a certain time and there is nothing on their website that really states that. I drove from Kalispell to Livingston immediately after work and unfortunately didn't get there until a bit. After midnight. The doors were locked and there was no one at the desk to speak to or Page and I couldn't even speak to anybody when calling their number. Needless to stay after such a long drive and a long day of work on top of a whole lot of personal stress I'm not going to go into, it was an absolutely horrific experience and I will likely never attempt to book a room here again.

Called before 9pm and was told our king room was given away. Showed up a bit after 9 and was put in a double queen room that was on a floor that was currently being remodeled. Room had construction debris, sheets were stained, no trim on floor at doorway so there was a 2 inch gap at bottom of door that let in all noises from hallway. Main lobby and breakfast area looks nothing like pictures, not a welcoming place at all.

The gentleman that checked me in was pleasant enough, but English was not his first or primary language. Communication was challenging. I also saw him performing building maintenance tasks and working in the kitchen the next morning (10hrs later). On duty staff chose not to request outside assistance with a man & woman yelling at each other (& children yelling as well) for about 90min starting about 10:30pm. Then the woman yelling on a speakerphone call for another 30 min after that. All communication was not in English or Spanish.

Great location! Repeat visitors

Area where rooms are is in the middle of updating/remodeling. Definitely need and loving the changes! Breakfast hot foods were not hot unfortunately. New coffee maker is nice but the coffee is extremely strong compared to the last time we stayed here. We enjoy staying here versus Bozeman as is not too far of a drive and is a beautiful location. Easy on and off I-90! Will definitely be back.
